TayserMahrii: Bujumbura is not from Djbouti, hobbit. The real question is whether Ghana, in all her insignificant tininess has ever sat at the UN Security Council. or two slums competing with each other. you stupidly forgotten Ghana biological son once head the highest office of that council for maximum number of donkey years . What should be striking your slumland is , if Kenya can produce such a figure . Who cares about having Africa security council when the position to head the body is available. Let me know if kibera finnaly have the seat |

TayserMahrii: It depends on where you come from. Some cultures call their country fatherland, others motherland, others homeland. More precisely, a hobbit would call his home country hobbitland going by your kibera logic , what if I then address Kenya as slumland. |

Mzal3ndo: The local government levies are not considered as revenue, i dont know about other sectors such as mining and share that the government has in private sectors but from taxes collected by the Tanzanian revenue authority we make about $6 billion a year from taxes. that is minor to little Ghana. Ghana is earning over 10 billion dollar as at 2017. |

Mzal3ndo: Tanzania executive branch has two parts, the central and the local government. Health facilities are graded and under those grades determine whether they will be under the central are local government administration. Local government as the central government collects its own taxes (more like levies) that they can use depending on their needs from the go ahead of the central government. Most of the health facilities build fall under the administration of the local government and given that the cost of construction in Tanzania ins't that high, the local government can set up to build 5 health centers for $300000 each in a span of 5 years and the central government will set out to provide equipment and personnel for the facilities or also contribute to the cost of the construction and there is a special fund for that in the government (i believe its called force account). Now, having more than 169 districts it is possible to do so in a span of 5 years since the local government collects levies in almost every sector of business except those under contract with the central government and given that most districts in Tanzania collect about $400000 a month(no proof of the figure, held it on the morning radio show) it is possible to do so. how much does TZ as a whole earn in revenue yearly? |

Stop inscribing nonsensical political garbage into what does not make sense. Cameroon isn't part of west Africa geographical location but it still remain an observed member of ecowas. morrocco even recently want to joined . UK just opted out of EU but is still geographically located within the region same goes to Switzerland which was never a member . |

kevomtaani: Same with ivory coast. The French looked at it as an alternate Headquarters of francophone Africa because Senegal was too religious (islam) ivory coast was liberal and the first president Felix Houphouet was very pro french. They built institutions for ivory coast that are still visible today. Hell at some point in the eighties and nineties Abidjan was called Paris in Africa. I would still rank ivory coast ahead of Senegal. i just told you the basic infrastructure that blocks such factor . Health , education and electricity coverage which are the major anchor of development . Ivory coast lacks behind Senegal ... Infact human development index summarise it all. |

Kazikazi: You are talking of Senegal with a 20 km electric rail which made them to shout to the roof? How is their tourism sector? not every country are willing to developed their economic part toward tourism sector. Though Senegal tourism sector is still great. I balanced country based on three factor. Energy consumption and capacity , health and education coverage. Senegal isn't your mate boy. This are what makes a great nation If times higher education aren't partial to French university. You should be counting list of number of progressive academic institution from Senegal. Senegal is the knowledge house of west Africa francophone country . |

kevomtaani: Ivory coast is somewhat okay save for the fighting they would have been ahead of many countries in Africa. Senegal,Gabon and any other francophone speaking African countries are nowhere near Tanzania that I can attest to. Fyi I'm not Tanzanian You are not serious. When it comes to institutional development. Ivory coast doesn't come close to senegal. Senegal was the political headquarter of all west Africa francophone country including Cameron during colonial regime. The basic infrastructure of the colonial government is still visible there today . And when it comes to social infrastructure, Senegal is next to Ghana in west Africa. Go check their health program coverage, electrified community, dams and others. Ivory coast still lack behind in this, doing very little in electrifying the country . But the wages and salary look very attractive cus it harbour very little population on her pay roll. Don't compare Senegal to Tanzania in as much you agree ivory coast is somewhat okay. A country yet to get it like Senegal. |

Abohboy: So your saying you built a hospital every 2.9 days, doubt that. 487 divided by 4 is 121.75 365 divided by 121.75 is 2.99 which means you built a hospital every 2.99 days consistently for four years. Your countries lying to you, no african country has that kind of capacity, not Nigeria, not Kenya, not South Africa not even Egypt, Morocco or Algeria, even England can’t. kazikasi is difficult to educate just like his president who claim his country is covid 19 free |

Kazikazi: That's a problem of small nations! You lack volumes. When doing a tiny project, you shout to the roof. Your ridge hospital is just a good hospital but you should have them a lot more with similar size and medical equipments. Having one or two good hospitals is just not enough.Mloganzila hospital in Dar is better equipped than your ridge. Again,TZ have constructed 487 health centers in 4 years,a total is now about 800 countrywide. How many gov health centers you have? Tanzania has 800+ How many total clinics u have? TZ is 5,000+
How many heart operations are u doing yearly in gov hospitals? Tanzania does over 1,000 yearly. You talk loudly without substance. I thought you like video and picture as evidence . Then provide anything better than that in your country. ..... Note . That hospital is not top four highest referral in Ghana. |

He even lied that Tanzania is covid19 free Tanzania is still backward . Very hidden of a country. I wonder how newspaper sell there cus most of the important news that exposed the economy and poor administration of the country are hidden . In this case , Kenya is at least transparent. Do you know their skyscraper is empty? Most of the office are not booked . Cus the country itself is poor . |
