Tanzania had 169 districts in 2012, the number have increased now and the government have built additional 67 hospitals. So how can we post 170+ districts hospitals? There are also regional hospitals and referral hospitals. If we are poor country what about you? We have seen non of your hospitals in that webometric top 100 in Africa.
