Actually all the card-based credit & debit transactions in Ghana are probably done by foreigners in their airport. They do a measily 15M dollars worth of transaction annually. It a very primitve cash based informal economy (now mobile money is helping them so much). These Ghanians probably never seen a card swiping machine if they have never stepped into airport or ATM.

Kenya does 13 BILLION DOLLARS worth of card-based transactions. That is like 1,0000 times what Ghana does.
