U see ehn, I already applied for a new atm card at my state head branch since b4 d money was paid, buh they couldn't process it naw due to d acct not funded den, they only requested for award letter and I'd card, so what's with d new issue of d acct number? Do we stl hv to go submit d acct number too, cox I really dunno y we need d acct number.

i asked them why the accnt number is necesari..d guy called sm1 on phne and told him i have evritin but,accnt number...he was told not to process t 4 me..he used my a.t.m card to get d accnt number and wrote it on a sheet of paper...nd he said, giving me the number himslf is not a problem..but,he can't because the account details doesnt display personal profile as to c ma pic and knw if its really my acnt or not..they need d accnt number 4 procesing and to knw if u really r d owner of everytin...i even showd hm my i.dcard he said dat doesn't count..dat he nided d acc.number

mayb,u shud call the helpline on dt award letter(just av enof airtime)they will transfer you to d guy in-charge..jus let dem knw its agbami and not jv. or,send the same mail again to scholastica@dragnet-solutions.com (i tink dz one is beta) giving them ur agbami i.d (dat number that starts wt AGB or so) and any other details and if u are lucky to be sent a mail from scholastica recently concernin card renewal d accnt number is there....if none workd,call gtconnect they wil give u a mail to send all ur documents to and they will hlp u request 4 new card..little i know.
