FYI, most crypt0 transactions are out in the open and can be tracked live by anyone in any part of the world by just having your wallet address. If I give you my wallet adress, you can freely see all transactions I've made on that wallet and to whom.

Centralised exchanges like binaz can obscure the track because they combine multiple transactions in one. But if someone was duped and funds channelled thru binaz, then law enforcement agencies can ask binaz to provide details of such inflow.

IMO, it's mainly suspicious activity/fraud that makes binaz restrict people's account e.g when folks were using p2p to dupe others
