FYI Obasanjo ran Nigeria for 3 yrs without the budget being passed and used his veto powers to ensure govt and the nation still worked.

There are provisions in the constitution that makes a budget impasse not to disrupt daily governance.

But in Buhari's case he inherited a budget and also sought a 2 trillion naira supplementary budget.

So what did he do from may 29 till December 31st, 2019.
