Good afternoon guys. I downloaded the gcam for redmi note 8 pro on my sis phone from the xiaomi compilation thread but it seem not to work. When you open the gcam the screen is blank as if the camera lens was covered and when you switch to video it force close. I can access the settings on the gcam but taking photos with it is not working. The screen is blank with the shutter icon not displaying.
Is there something I'm not doing right?

The moment you upload a photo of either your international passport or ID card, it will demand you to take a live capture of yourself holding said proof of identity. Once you get that done with, submit and await for it to be verified.
It's best you use "Google Chrome" for this process.

Maybe, it will reflect after sometime(minutes or hours), just keep refreshing or reloading the page at regular intervals, if by tomorrow it hasn't still reflected, I think you should then notify customer support.
