This issue of inconclusive elections is becoming mixed up, what exactly should necessitate an election been declared inconclusive,is it the number of registered voters,or the number of voided votes superceding the difference between the first n second winners or how, because the two are very different scenarios,pls who knows the accurate position of the law in this case?.
