U can still work as a full-time student,, only that u will be limited to only 20 hours
I am not talking about work. I am talking about the possibility of granting a study visa for these programs.
Any idea if uk embassy in Nigeria grants study visas for program like PGdip or PGcert?

Hello good morning all. I have two questions.
1) Is it possible for international applicants or as a Nigerian to receive a UK study visa for a part time masters program? (2-3 years study program)
All the visa congratulations I have seen so far are people going for full time programs. Are uk not issuing study visa for part time applicants?

2) Is it possible to be granted a uk study visa for a PGcert or PGdip study programs? (full time study) what are the visa chances for this programs?
Thank you.

It's best to apply from where you reside
Thanks for your reply.
But I am not sure if foreigners without permanent residence are allowed to do so. I only have temporary residence at the moment. Because I wrote to Ireland embassy some time ago, they said foreigners are adviced to go back to their respective home country to apply. So I don't know if UK will do same.
But I will keep trying to get in touch with the UK embassy here, while I continue to go through all this trend till then shaa.
Thank you.

Let me stop here. I know there's so much poverty in the land and it's has actually affected some people's mentality. However, it's not everyone that's not doing well. Many people are doing legitimate things and are doing well.

I don't know you and I really don't want to.

But be careful of saying nonsense everywhere you go, so you can make it in life

I saw your post on this thread, looking to buy a used UK phone for ₦25,000 and then realised why it's difficult for you to understand that some people are really doing very very well legitimately.
Hello @davodyguy and everyone in the house. I have been reading this trend and all the advice. To be honest I am learning a lot. Thank you guys.
Please I have a question concerning this statement of account. I would love to apply for a UK visit visa around ending of this year 2025. That is when I will finally return to Nigeria.
But at the moment, I am not in Nigeria, I live in a different country. I work, but not official job. So I am paid my salary at hand. Which is upto 1 million naira if exchanged. I do save about 70% as salary income after expenses.
So my question is as someone who is returning to Nigeria to apply for this visa. How do I go about with the bank statement that will be presented? I want to apply for the visa same month or the next month I will be returning. Definitely at the moment, there is no means to convince the UK officer on how I receive my salary. Because I received it at hand. And if I am coming back, I will have to withdraw all my savings, exchange them to dollar and come back. So I don't think my current bank account will be necessary to present since I will be leaving the country final. So could you guys kindly advice me on how to go about the bank statement. How do I build this bank statement. I have both dollar and naira account back in Nigeria, but can't make transaction with them or send money to it back here. If I come back, take all the money and put either in my dollar account or naira account, then apply for the visa. Do you think it can be granted?

[I have been here legally for six years, I like money but i cant travel here just to start selling belts and watches on the street (Africans are known to be hawking belts and watches here) I once worked in a factory, carrying heavy loads from 8pm till morning 8am and the pay is 50TL which is like 6 dollars not even up to 3000 thousand Nigerian naira. I get all my financial support from Nigeria. I also studied hard in school and took advantage of various students financial supports. Turkish citizens like european visa pass u wey dey naija. Recently, me and some turkish friends went to apply for schengen visa for a 6 months program in portugal. 6 hours before our interview naso all of dem go stand for embassy gate ooo, i was the only one with the weakest Nigerian passport but i no send european visa because i lived there and i know say no be everytin we dey glitter be gold. with all their busy body did you know that my visa was approved before all of dem? I got one year schengen with multiple entry and they got 6 months with single entry. dey even do party ooo because of the visa.] Thanks for being honest in your number 3 point. Anybody that says there are jobs in Turkey is a big liar. I have many friends there and they are say the same thing. While the guys are into fraud, the babes are the "pickers" of the proceeds of fraud, only few are into factory jobs which is not even enough to pay house rent and other bills.
thanks for the info.

Hello,

I live and study in Turkey.
1. what category of visa are you looking for? study, tourist or business visa?
2. Depends on what you’re going to do there. A lot of Nigerians live and study in private universities in istanbul.
3. to be honest there no jobs here. So many Nigerians here are into internet fraud. Other Nigerians teach english and get maximum 300$ per month. You can’t live comfortably with that amount.

4. I buy emirates airlines usually 800$ for return ticket. Turkish airlines might cost around 600$ for only one way to istanbul.

Finall, desperation has always being the problem of Nigerians. You can’t just decide to move to a country without knowing what you’re going to do there. Know what you’re going to do there and apply for a visa.
thanks for your reply. I need a tourist visa. since is the type that will allow me to stay for some time. honestly the main reason I want to travel over there is because of job. that is my number one goal. and I can't be in a place where I wouldn't see work to do.
Does it mean I wouldn't see work at all to do. Even if all this factory work?
and the price ticket, can you please break it down in naira for me. thanks
