How much final price?

Good Day All,

Woke up this morning to a Whatsapp message with a PDF attachment with a Visa Grant Letter/ eVISA for New Zealand from a fellow class mate in my university which i have long graduated from who's working with a travel agency, Unfortunately i hadn't come across the thread before now, Seeing the eVisa's posted in some of these post makes me doubt the authenticity of what i just received this morning, I went ahead to the website to www.immigration.govt.nz to check the status of the visa and it was confirmed that i had been 'Issued' an eVisa.

Now my question is verifying how true this is since the official website declares this to be true. I would like to know if anyone has an idea of what exactly a visa issued to a Nigerian by the New Zealand Immigration should look like and its process for verification, I would appreciate every meaningful contributions to this post and not backlashes.

@henryvic : thank you very much for your insight and faith in me getting the visa but pls what is the full meaning of LOE? At first I didn’t add the bank reference letter in my application when submitting, will printing out the same bank statement alsongside the public notary be sufficient to convince the consular my account is legit in this case?

@ jj17cv : my reason for traveling is Visiting, the date on my annual leave has elapsed already but that wasn’t indicated in their issue, just the bank statement, are you suggesting i then print out the same bank statement I submitted with a reference letter from the bank and submit this? I was thinking of going to the bank to ask for an acknowledgment letter and also police report to show i am not involved in any thing incriminating.

Happy Weekend Naira landers pls i have a very disturbing situation at the moment with the Canada visit visa, i received a reply yesterday Friday the 15th After over 3 months of submission with the Subject ‘Procedural Fairness’ and the only issue they have is that they are not satisfied that my bank statement is legit and i am being given 10 days to ‘RESPOND to this information’ and that supposed to submit additional information (document(s) within this Timeframeas it is now I haven’t been denied but i am very confused at the kind of response or document i am supposed to provide at this critical stage, pls i am asking for anyone who can help me with ideas or shed more light on this case. Thank you all in anticipation!

I just secured admission into a U.S International school (University), An undergraduate 4yr BBA program in Business Administration

I'm currently in my 3rd year studying Sociology in Lasu and now planning on going for a 4yr undergraduate (BBA) Bachelor in science in Business Administration, what possible questions might be asked from me aside standard deviation and square root of -1?

Having Gained the Admission. Do I need to have present with me during interview Toefl,SAT results as the school didn't request to provide this from me while processing my application stating Nigeria as being Exempted from providing them.

I have been bounced 3 times already (2005) (2010) (2011) respectively. All under visiting Non Immigrant visa/application all in Lagos,  Applying for an F1 visa at 26yrs of age now again in 2011 (Fall), what might my success rating be? Lagos or Abuja where would be my best bet?

Sevis fees are not accepted online from nigeria (you know why) and the only two available options are (1) crossing the seme boarder and (2)western union payments if you're lucky enough to have someone abroad to help you. I want to know how to go about paying through either means and the process it entails if anyone out here has paid through these means or has valid knowledge of how to go about this.

Can I find an Interview date before the middle of August as my school resumes on the 24th of same month?


At the end of the day the same consulars come back here to read all our Issues/Hints/Tips. But God over all.

To all the most reliable and helpful people on here i would like you assistance regarding this canada travel issue as an undergraduate student, I have applied and paid the application fee to the University of Winninpeg, After payment i was contacted and informed to send all original documents stated below to the institutions address which was provided. this surprised me as i wasn't expecting them to demand for the originals:

* Statement of Missing Time: If there has been a period of six months or longer during which you have not been enrolled in school, please provide a statement describing your activities during this period of time (E-mails are acceptable).

* Original transcripts from all Universities/Colleges previously attended .You must submit a complete and official transcript as soon as possible even though final marks for courses you are currently enrolled for may not be available.

* Original Proof of Secondary (High) School Graduation (diploma)

* Original Secondary (High) School academic transcripts with final grades for all academic levels. Original/Official documents required (photocopies, scanned copies and notarized copies are not acceptable).




I have a few questions regarding this procedure.

1 - I have a GCE result for 2006 and i am currently enrolled in Lasu, what do they mean by Proof of secondary (high) school graduation (diploma)? since i am not using my high school result but a WAEC GCE result.

2 - I was informed that nigeria is exempt from the countries required to provide Toefl, would it be required to present in the documents when submitting at the embassy?

3 - My sponsor happens to by my Elder sister based in the USA, can this account be presented to the embassy claiming her to being my sponsor from the states?

4- How much is required to be in my sponsors account for an tuition fee of 11k CAD?

5- What other documents do i need to make my application more concrete?

6 - Whats life like living in canada as a student and working hours?

I'll be very greatful to get multiple ideas and advices regarding my questions listed above.

@anyonehelpful i was at the us embassy in aug last year as i was to travel on a visit to see my sister who was pregnant and due to deliever in december. bottom line i was denied as none of my documents were reviewed as i was said not to have enough ties to bring me back to nigeria as i applied as a student and single no job. same procedure again in january and again i was denied. i am now looking to apply under sch. can any one be of help on how to go about this as both past negative interview were in lagos. thanks in anticipation.
