Who says love is about someone else other than yourself, ok! Yes it is, but not completely 100%.
Come to think of it, most times we lost ourself in the process of loving someone, forgeting that we ourself also deserve love. Yes we do!
This lead me to share some of the practise which I use and is working and yielding positive result in loving myself.


Face yourself in the mirror

Every morning when I look at myself at mirror, I speak to myself that I handsome, beautiful, charming gogerous. I deserve the best. I am my own love, my sweetheart. I trust and believe in mylove.

Guyz, ladies have you ever loved yourself...how do you show this love to yourself?...I could learn more and improve on mine.
