the way to market your electronic billboard is not different from the way market women market their goods. the only difference dis time around is your audience. you will have to shout loud for your audience to hear. yu know electronic billboard is not a new thin in nigeria. so, yu will have to rtalk to a lot of brand owners and their advertising agencies.

sori, i forgot to add dis. you know branding is embracing localization of ideas now. coca-cola achieved great success when it was 'thinking global and acting local'; but greater success when it was 'thinking local and acting local'. all those your friends ideas could be localized and adapted to our environment. incidentally, im naturally endowed with dat. if thins turn well and we get in touch, you would see some of my global but localized concepts. cheers.

wots up? well, dis dicussion has been up since august but im just seeing it. i am the concept guy with all the world ideas in my head. i do copywriting, conceptualization, corporate branding and some graphics. i was into journalism and PR but my insticnt to be more creative pushed me out and i found myself running ad shows on my own. the 1st concept was for globacom but it was hijacked and used. it was painful.

i came out of it and pakaged anoda for UBA (their Arsenal debit card) but it was hijacked again and executed. another soap opera stolen. i then decided to keep my other concepts. to myself.

Buying and selling recharge cards after sweating it out for 4 years could be annoying. but your life is in your hands. if u want a career, what kind of career? wen u know dat, den start reading books in line wit it and keep in touch wit people in dat line so as to keep the trend of the industry.

after catching up with the future which you tink you have lost, start applyin for jobs. but my babe, you need to read and get a lot of information into ur skinny skull (laugh) because employers are not looking for another member of staff but somebody dat will solve a particular problem in their company.

sometimes in secondary school days, i visited the village and there was a policemen that liked me because of my briilance and always called on me to write statements for him at stations. i did ignorantly and he would tip me. now, i reflected back and start thinking how did that kind of guy got into the force? he could not even write a statement, hw did he managed to write his exams at the academy? that guy might be in lagos now, manhandling the learned people. what kind of performance did you expect from dat kind of person? pls, these people need help. they need university education and a minimum scale salary should be attached to their qualification.

, Nigeria was number 30th in my list of visited countries.  On the way back to our Hotel, our car was stopped by Nigerian Police on a very violent way, just in the bridge between Ikoyi and Victory Island, pointing their guns to our car and making me and the driver get out of the car.

Just the moment before we were stopped, I had my camera hanging on my neck, within the car, Before I had the opportunity to ask, one policeman took my camera, pointing me with his gun.

During 10 minutes me and the driver were tying to deal with this people, a group of 5 or 6 people from the Nigerian Police. They try to scare me with his automatic gun each time I tried to recover my camera.

After a very tuff discussion they took us behind the Police truck, hidden from the rest of public, they ask for money. I got into the car, coming back with some money, I brought it to the driver, acting as mediator.

The response of the Nigerian Police was a punch in the face of the driver.
In that moment I took the driver back to the car and got out from there.

They kept their booty, my loved Canon EOS 400D.

So now dubito feels "naked", now relying on taking pictures with my mobile phone,
