President Sirleaf Johnson of Liberia also spoke but cnn didn't cover her's. Was buhari's speech covered?

hi guys, I feel there has been a serious misunderstanding of what hate speech really means on here and elsewhere, especially with the PDP supporters who feel this a ploy by the Federal Government to silence the opposition. We need to understand clearly that hate Speeches and personal insults are two different things. 1.Hate Speeches threaten the existence of a protected group of people based on tribe, skin colour, religion.
2. An hate Speech is intended to offend, insult, intimidate, or threaten an individual or group based on a trait or attribute, such as sexual orientation, religion, color, gender, or disability.
3.hate Speeches promotes racism, tribalism, marginalisation of a group of people( maybe an ethnic minority). Example of hate speech: 1.If the igbo's don't vote for Buhari, they will drown in the Lagos Lagoon. 2. if the igbo's don't leave the north by so so date, they will will be forced out by terror, assassination and confistication of their properties. hope this helps to remove the misconception.

just so u people know, every Nigerian has the right to a lawyer no matter the crime. It's even in the phrase the police use when they arrest u and if u can't afford a lawyer, the government will provide one for u, just that it might be the dumbest lawyer ever. though it might be for the money, it is within the confines of the law to defend the man.
