The double who was used for the role was interviewed and it took months before a suitable double was found. Stripping in a movie is not a mandatory part of any agreement sir, no matter how integral it is to a story, it is part of your image right which you can determine how far you want it to be used and all these will be specified in the contract signed with the production company. A list Hollywood actors are usually given free passes when it comes to nudity because in most cases it's their ability in interpreting a role that will sell and win awards for the movie.

I started watching Game of Thrones late, last year December to be precise. and I have to admit, it has been quite addictive with my only objection to the show is the bold straight up in your face nudity.

I mean WOW, this is a Lena Headey a well known Hollywood actress made to stripe butt neked in broad daylight. She was in 300 as Queen Gorgo if you didn't know.

I now wonder, how many would take a role in Game of Thrones knowing that one day they may ask you to strip nude. Even the men and the extras on set were not left out.
