Job Description :
* Ploughing , harrowing and ridging with either a small driving tractor, and / or walk-behind tractor.

Responsibilities :
* Proper operation of equipment provided to perform assigned tasks.
* Light maintenance of equipment.
* Reporting and documentation of work performed.
* Additional tools and equipment research and sourcing
* Other operational tasks

Requirements :
* Minimum of 21 years of age
* Ready to learn, ready to suggest, ready to teach
* Understands that mechanization is not just using a tractor, but it is about identifying repeatable task that a machine can perform for automation
* Good communication skills – written and verbal
