You might be wondering if you should honour those who do evil too.
Well, what the Bible said is HONOUR ALL MEN but note that honouring people doesn't mean you have to agree with them all the time.

It doesn't mean you have the same belief system.

You are not honouring them because they are good to you but because of your own standard.

Honour is not a product of a good environment or even good people but a CONDITION OF THE HEART.

‼️I am not honoring you because you honor me.
But simply HONOUR ALL MEN whether young or old!

It's so good to have the king of kings as our father but why do we live as a pauper when we have the king as a father? Having the king as our father makes us part of the royal family too.

One thing is certain, you will never see a person from the royal family dishonouring other people.

Honour is a lifestyle of a believer, it is not what we switch to occasionally. It is your lifestyle and yes, it starts from the heart.

You don't honour people because they are good to you but you honour because you are valuable and honourable.
You don't honour because you need anything, you honour all men because they are made in the image of God.
You honour them because it is about YOU and not them.

Honour is not limited to age, you honour all men whether old or young even if you are older than them, this is the reason you have to work on your heart.

Honour is humility in action, if can't honour then you are PROUD!

When you say you hear the voice of something, it means that its the way something was communicated to you so the voice of God depict His presence. The voice of God is a communication that comes from God and it comes in distinctive ways. God speaks and we are able to know He exists because we heard Him. God is not passive, He is active. He has been speaking and still speaks. God has been speaking from the beginning, the whole earth was created through the voice of God.

The earth came as a result of a pronunciation. The Bible is clear on the voice from Genesis to Revelation. Genesis 3:8 says Adam and Eve heard the sound of God walking in the garden in the cool of the day and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord among the trees of the garden. The voice of God is the sound of God. The voice of God in man’s life means the presence of God in and around the person. The voice of God is how God communicates, they were able to know that God was around through the voice which came after man fell.

Exodus 24:18, Moses went to the mountain and the lord spoke to Him; God has been speaking from the beginning. God speaks to man. In the Old testament, not everybody could hear God’s voice but God speaks to every man through a man He has ordained. God has different ways of communicating, God communicated His intentions, personality to man through the things He created(Romans 1:20).

The attributes of God voice includes;
✔ Mighty; this was seen in psalm 68:13

✔Powerful; Psalm 29:4

✔Majesty; Psalm 29:4

✔It divides the flames of fire; Psalm 29:7

The word flames of fire was seen in Hebrews 1:7, it was said when speaking about the ministry of angels.
The response of God towards circumstances was seen in Psalm 46:6, His voice melt the earth. His voice brings:
✔Calmness in the midst of trouble
✔Peace
✔Comfort
✔Edification
✔His voice also builds us up
✔Restoration
✔Uprooting

The voice of God was likened to the sounds of many waters by Prophet Ezekiel which means it can be heard. The old Prophet’s described God the way he spoke to them. Heb1:1 says God who has various times and in various ways spoke to in time past to the fathers by the prophets. They all described God the way He ministered to them and he also spoke to them through visions.

God’s voice was heard again after resurrection of Jesus Christ. His voice was heard through his son and all that his son represents both before and after resurrection are Gods voice to us. How we know what God is saying per time, his vision and what He looks like is through the person of Jesus because He is the one that expressed the thought of God to us. All that Christ represent is all that God is, He is the voice of God to us.
There are two things to God’s voice; you can hear His voice and also be his voice, in that God speaks through you to his people. For every manifestation that happens to man, there is always a voice that backs it up and there is always a voice that is waiting for you(leading of the spirit). The voice of God was likened to trumpet in the Bible which means if you can hear the trumpet audibly then you can hear the voice of God. If John could hear the voice of God like trumpet, it means it is so clear that you can hear and understand Him. The voice of God also gives instructions to us.

How to hear the voice of God?

The first "how" is to be a man, from the beginning we see that God speaks to man whether through a man to you. For you to be reading this, you can hear God. It is not about your physical attributes or what you have done, if inanimate object could hear God and they responded, how much more man that carries the breath of God. It is not about your sin, in fact the first man to hear God was a sinner; Adam and Eve had sinned when they heard Gods voice. Your sin won’t stop Him from talking to you. He wants you restored. God is all- knowing which you will agree with me that he knew Adam sinned against him or disobeyed him yet His voice came seeking for man that was lost. His voice is both for the lost and the restored. If you are a believer and you are reading this, you believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO HEAR GODS VOICE. If sinners could hear him then you are more than qualified to hear Him. God spoke to Cain after he killed Abel, this is to let you know that God speaks to everyone, your sin won’t make Him stop talking to you. His voice to us is for restoration.

Your inability to hear God is not God’s fault because every man has the ability to hear God.

His love is intentional. Love is not about how someone is good to you. It has to be sacrificial and intentional just like God intentionally and sacrificially released his son to us...
What differentiates a believer from an unbeliever is intentional love.

Practically, God is a role model and He has model everything to us. He has shown us everything He is commanding us to do.
One thing is sure, God will never leave you uncared for. As beautiful as Solomon's robe was, he was still compared with the lilies of the field.

The lilies are not human but God still cares for them how much you that you are created in His very image and likeness.

How do you love
‼️Pray: God love so much that world, you intentionally join Him to love his people both the believers and unbelievers by praying for them and going out to share the gospel with them to win them for God. This gives God joy!
‼️Giving: Give to his people both the believers and unbelievers. God is asking you to do this won't leave your needs uncared for. He is too faithful to his word to fail!
‼️Giving out services to the ministers of God: John said in his book that when we do this, we become co-laborer of the gospel.

Not everyone would be privileged to go for missions, every one has his/her own place of service.
Not everyone would be in the 5-fold ministry but you can effective in administration, hospitality

But whatever you do, do it cheerfully, liberally, diligently.

Beautiful morning to you, how was your fellowship with God this morning?

The Bible says in proverb 18:16 that ”A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men”

God already provided all you need to be great in this life but it requires your commitment.
Fear and low self-esteem is a major tool the enemy uses against man.

Low self-esteem and fear cannot be conquered by only saying the scripture but it requires you to sit with the scripture, meditate on it day and night. Check out what God has said concerning you then say it till you become what you say.

You are destined to be great!
You are made in the image of God!
You can do all things through Christ that strengthens you.
You don't attack fear by running away from what you should do, YOU ATTACK IT BY CONFRONTING IT AND DOING THAT WHICH YOU SHOULD DO!

If people are saying words to kill your self-esteem, confess the word of God to build your self-esteem.

Don't just sit down and be pitying yourself but sit with the word of God because it contains everything you need to know about yourself.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO TODAY?
‼️Get a book to document everything people have let out to you and everything inflicting low self-esteem and fear.
‼️Get your Bible with you or google search what God has said pertaining to that specific aspect.
‼️Write them down in your journal
‼️Then deduce some affirmations from it
‼️Declare and chew it every day
‼️Get an accountability partner
‼️Converse to God about it!

What do you believe in? There is a popular saying that you behave in the direction of your belief system. Your response to Life is linked to your perception of Life.

So what do you believe in?
�Do you believe it is normal to have a failed marriage?

It is impossible to please God with all this❗️
it is impossible to discern God's will with this belief system❗️
This is the standard of the world not the standard of God. You are a believer in Christ Jesus and all you do must be in worship to God.

The Bible says ” Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will” Romans 12:2

YOU CAN ONLY BE FREE FROM THIS BELIEF SYSTEM WHEN YOU RENEW YOUR MIND!

As a believer, you have been called to live an intentional life such that all you do point out to God.

You should be intentional about your going out such that you don't just go anywhere❗️

You should be intentional about what you drink❗️
You should be intentional about what you say❗️

You should be intentional about your company of friends, love is a must but relationship/friendship is a choice❗️
You should be intentional about your dressing❗️
You should be intentional about all your activities; what you do each day❗️

‼️For the Bible says in Romans 12:1(MSG) that ”So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life and place it before God as an offering”‼️

The fact that something is good doesn't say you should do it but let all you do in your daily life be an offering unto God.
It might be good but not good at that moment.

Don't forget that �YOUR WORSHIP TO GOD IS NOT ONLY IN HOW THE TEARS FLOWS DOWN YOUR FACE OR HOW YOU RAISE YOUR HOLY HANDS WHEN SINGING THE SOLEMN SONGS BUT IT IS ALSO IN BEING INTENTIONAL ABOUT YOUR LIVING�!

I watched a short mount zion movie recently and the movie is all about a woman yelling at her husband for engaging in extra-marital affairs, what pained me the most was the response of the man�. He replied by telling her that she doesn't have any right to talk to him like that and she has to carry her cross because she, as a TONGUE SPEAKING BELIEVER still love him, a WOMANIZER. He went further by saying, the woman caught him twice in fornication before marriage.

The question now is why did she continue with him? Did you just say love? �

You caught a man you are in a relationship with in a compromising state with other women, not once or twice and you still think that is LOVE.

It is already written that ”you should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers” God standard can not change because you are in love with a man. Why should you ignore God's word? You think age is not on your side, IT IS BETTER TO BE HAPPILY SINGLE THAN TO BE IN AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP.

Courtship is not a period to love blindly, It is a time to love with your head and your eyes wild opened. If you don't consider your own stability and emotions, please consider the children you are bringing to the world.

CONSIDER THE CHILDREN BEFORE MARRIAGE not after the marriage so that you won't say ”YOU ARE STAYING IN THE MARRIAGE BECAUSE OF THEM”

Children can replicate what they see you do if care is not taken, ABUSIVE MARRIAGE CAN BIRTH ANOTHER ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP.

Please leave that relationship once you notice anything that won’t give you peace In marriage.
Set your standards for relationship please, tell Him, and don't be shy about it. Do you think the man that didn't raise his hand to slap you during courtship but screams at you when angry or even destroy things won't turn you into punching bag after marriage?.

Your marriage and relationship should not steal your salvation and joy, it should make you efficient for the kingdom!

LOVE IS NOT ENOUGH PLEASE, check those signals!

I was that lady that finds it hard to say NO to people even the opposite sex because I think saying NO infers I am breaking your heart and it's something I never imagined doing in my life.

Huh, I love to be labeled the lady with the big and beautiful heart but what did I get?
Shame�heart breaks� and I did some unimaginable stuffs just because I want to please people.

You see, life is not complicated but Humans snarled it with our demeanors.

I used to think it is better to break my heart than shattering your heart until I realized that they don't even care about me or my feelings.
I have asked myself these questions without getting an answer and the question is ”DO I REALLY LOVE MYSELF”.

However, this is the battle most people go through, it's a battle because we are aware it's wrong but how can I say NO to him/her without hurting his/her feelings? Won't he/she leave me after saying NO?

If it is about doing what I shouldn't do, then you are free to leave
If it will distress my spirit, then you can use the door
If it will impair the people around me, then you are free to leave
If it will impede me from being intimate with my FATHER, please leave!

But what can I do?��

�Set your own standard: Yeah, not just any standard but godly standards. Please compare your standards with the word of God. What does the word have to say about that very area?

�You can't do it alone: Tell God about it, It's a weakness and there is nothing to be shy about. � Analyse everything to Him and tell Him you need help, you don't know how to go about it. This is not to say that He is not aware but you still have to keep yourself accountable to him.

�Check your circle of friends: It is another thing to think something is not proper and you are saying NO to it and also another thing to have friends that support your ”NO”. Friends are unique in their own way and have a way of maneuvering you to do things. If you really want to take your stance, then get like-minded people.

�Get an accountability partner: Getting an accountability partner is highly recommended especially when its a case of addiction. This must be someone you trust and you know can bring about the changes you desire.

You are Important but you have to show people your worth before they value you. If they leave you because of standards, they are not worthy to be called your friends.

Let them go!

There is something I have realized in this life that the majority of us don't actually know what we really need, one reason why we write a wish list and we end up missing on the ”goodie” God is bringing our way.

Am I against writing a wish list? NOPE but in all thy writing, write with wisdom.

God doesn't give us what we want sometimes but rather what He knows that we need.

Hey, I am not against having a handsome man as boo or a beautiful lady as bae but can that sustain your relationship?
Beauty they say is in the eyes of the beholder, what if the woman or man God is bringing your way is not he definition of what you call ”beautiful ”?

I personally feel when writing a wish list, there is a need to priotize your list.
There are some things we write on the list that we know is not significant which means your wish list should be based on how it can benefit you.

What are your core values? When you have core values, why should beauty top your list?
Do you remember Solomon in the Bible?
GOD gave him the liberty to choose what he wanted, it is just like God is saying Solomon what do you want gangan but hey, Solomon was cautious of his list, he simply asked for wisdom, knowledge and understanding to rule the people like � what he was asking for was not to his own benefit but for the people of God.

And what did God do? He added every other things to what he asked for.

This is to say seek ye first the kingdom of God and every other thing shall be added unto you�

Why not build values for yourself?
Why not start working in purpose?

Can beauty sustain your relationship/marriage?

The only thing that can sustain the relationship is the values that you have built. Add value to thy beauty.

The journey is long to be based on insignificant things.

The fig tree was so attractive that Jesus had thought He would find something to eat from it but what happened when Jesus came closer? He realized there was no fruit on it.

What is then the importance of being attractive without values?

Oh! How difficult was it for Sarah to see her husband go in with her servant even after the Lord had promised them the child-Isaac. She knew the promised child is not coming from the servant but she was in a haste.

I am sure most of us are in the same season Sarah was, the season of waiting and trusting God for that which He promised. The season of staying glue to him and saying no, I don’t want Ishmael but Isaac.

Consequently, It can be said that Ishmael was a man-made product. As we see us do these days, manufacturing or going our way to get Isaac but what do we bring? ISHMAEL because of unnecessary pressure from people or even thinking we are old already.

Huh!! Even after waiting for so long, you finally met a tall, dark, and handsome man. You think he is all you have been waiting for and you are like O boy, where have you been but after your first two contacts with him, you realize he is not a believer but a churchgoer and you have to wonder if this is the Issac you have been waiting for but you suddenly remember the word that says “do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers” but you think, I can train and change him.

What happens to your standard? Any man, "will not do", sister. The fact that he is the only available doesn’t mean he is the one. Even after the birth of Ishmael, Sarah knew ISHMAEL was not the one the Lord promised. There was no joy in it. Is it not better to be single than to be in a relationship filled with sorrow?

So how do we wait?

��Resting in God: You have to understand that God is more interested in your love life more than you are and He is your father, He can't mislead you. The strength needed to wait will be given to you if you can just rest in Him. This is not to say that you won't be discouraged sometimes but it can't overwhelm you as it is a taboo to be feeling-led

��Growth: Understand that your waiting season is for your expansion. It is for you to build value that will be required for your relationship. The Isaac coming your way have some list in his hand too, stop being idle!

��Abraham didn't consider his body and age: Well, he could have argued with the angel sent to him that he is too old to birth a child. Biologically, Sarah can't even birth a child at that age but Abraham didn't dwell on these things. It is important that you don't dwell on your past disappointments, age, and anything that can make you doubt God.

��Fellowship with God: No matter your current level in your relationship with God, you can't graduate because you can grow more. The waiting period is the time to stay with him and grow. It is a time to be intimate to the point that He can entrust you to do some things for Him. You want to be in a relationship with a man that has a solid relationship with God and you are lackadaisical with your spirituality, God loves his son the same way he loves you and so He won't jeopardize his future.

The waiting period can be disheartening but you have the right to either sit and mourn(looking for Ishmael) or rest in God and be joyful(Waiting for Isaac)

Capacity can only be built in the place of prayer and studying of the word which means there is a need to be disciplined and consistent. Most people have different spiritual goals they want to achieve at the end of each year or even month. Making goals require you to be consistent and faithful as consistency is the root of all growth.

Jesus said in Matthew 26:41 that the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak, the grace is there for us as believers but what of the flesh. It takes discipline to kill the flesh, the flesh doesn’t want us to do anything Spiritual but it takes the grace of God and discipline from us. God won’t force anyone to do anything, He gave us will already and He has given us grace to do whatever we want to do which means it’s our responsibility to be disciplined.

Apostle Paul advises in 1timothy 4:7 that we should discipline ourselves into godliness. Daniel is a good example, he denied himself of so many things and even valued his time with God at the point of death. It is okay to make spiritual goals but are you faithful enough to achieve those goals. Social media has replaced our time with God, it is always difficult to leave our phones and even the television to fellowship with God. It takes discipline, God won’t force you to leave the TV or your phone.

Procrastination doesn’t start in a day, it is a gradual process. Yes, there are some days you won’t feel like praying but pray when you don’t even feel like praying. The struggle is between the Spirit and the flesh, never allow your flesh take dominion over your Spirit. You missed your private time with God today? Don’t allow guilt to take over you, go to God and talk to him and ask him to help you. Seek help from mentors and those that are ahead of you, get yourself an accountability partner and also a prayer partner.

Don’t only plan but look for ways to execute your plans.

You might be wondering that you still engage in sin even after you have accepted Christ and even according to 2Corithians 5:17 that says YOU ARE A NEW CREATION AND OLD THINGS HAVE PASSED AWAY.

The first thing to understand is that when you become born again, it is your spirit that was regenerated and not your mind nor your flesh.

‼️This is the reason Paul said we should renew our mind aways

Romans 12:2;
”Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect”

It is when you renew your mind that you will be able to know what you should do and what you should not do.
The flesh won't also have dominion over you when you renew your mind because your mind is becoming regenerated.

‼️Start focusing on the things of the spirit and not flesh. Focus on the finished work of Christ because there is liberation in it.
Roman 8:5-6 explains
”For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.”

‼️How do I renew my mind‼️
You can renew the mind by;
1. Prayerfully meditating on the word of God: You don't get renewed by just reading the word of God, you must meditate on it till you encounter the spirit behind the written word of God. It is when you meditate, that the word becomes life in your heart and mind.
2. Choosing what you feed your eyes with: there is a connection between your eyes and mind. Whatever you feed your eyes can become the stronghold in your mind. If you are dealing with pornography and other sexual sin, please do away from sites that can imprison you.
3. Be a doer of the word: Obeying the word of God too helps in renewing the mind. What you do becomes part of you, you have to consciously do this with the help of the Holy Spirit.
4. Ask the Lord for strength always, know that you can do all this alone and acknowledge the fact that He is your strength.
5. Engage in spiritual activities like fasting and prayer, it helps weaken the flesh

P.S This should be done everyday, its not something you should do once in a week or you even stop after you see changes. We should ‼️CONTINUALLY‼️ renew our mind!

��I recommend anyone struggling with sin should study the book of Romans

Although I don't want to have same relationship with God that He has with any pastor out there.
I don't even believe many of them know that God speaks today like He did to Jesus Christ and the apostles. And I doubt many of them even realize that in Christ's church, no one is set above the other in His Church since we are all children of God in this relationship.

I understand you but you misunderstood me. I don’t mean you should have the same relationship with God but what I am trying to say is God wants to have relationship with everyone. I guess I didn’t put it rightly. I am sorry for that.

‼️SIN‼️ should be never draw you away from Gods presence. Yea, the aim of the devil is to separate you from God. The devil has a problem with your fellowship with God. He doesn't want your soul to prosper so he brings up condemnation and guilt.

The battle is always between the flesh and the spirit; pleasing the devil vs pleasing God. The reason we end up pleasing the flesh sometimes is because our focus is on the sin.

Stop focusing on the sin but focus on the finished work of Christ. Focus on that which Christ has done for you.

God declared you righteous❗️
He declared you saved❗️
He declared you sanctified ❗️
He declared you justified ❗️
He declared you restored❗️

Start seeing yourself in this light because this is exactly the way God is seeing you.

So when you sin, what should you do?‼️‼️

Run to God and don't allow the devil to deceive you, don't allow Him to give you another identity. It is the identity the devil gives you that prevents you from coming back to God.

God is always waiting for you to come back to him. GOD will receive you the same way the father of the prodigal son received him. He received him with an open hand and heart.

What do you do when you run to him‼️‼️

Don't give him excuse, there is no excuse for sin but tell him how you feel. Just pour your heart to Him and tell him to help you. He made provision for you- the blood of His son.

Trust you day went well?

Most of us believers are still living in the old testament era, we have ignored the prophecy in Joel 2:28 that says ” “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions”

God had already explained how He want his children to live, the above scripture is directed to SONS AND DAUGHTERS, not 5-fold ministry.

Your pastor's relationship with God is not your relationship with God and Jesus died for all. The role of our pastors is to nourish and build us up so that we can be able to build others.

You can hear God yourself! If believers are not putting all the works on the pastors then the church would be a better place.

God wants to have the same relationship He has with your pastor with you! There is no place in the Bible that says God only want to fellowship with some set of people but He want to fellowship with His children. You are a SON OF GOD and your Pastor is also a SON OF GOD.

Don't just go to church for going sake!
The aim of gathering with the brethren is to be:
☑️Equipped
☑️Edified
☑️Till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the son of God to a perfect man to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ

And we have to understand that we all are members of the ONE body but we do not have the same function and you are to use your gift for the church because it is needed.

It is not only the ministers that have work to do in the church, all of us out of our fellowship with God should be active in the church.

This is the reason why you must take your personal fellowship with God seriously so as to be able to bless lives as you have been blessed!

Hi friends�

A lot of us have boxed God to only speak to us when we are praying but it's not so. GOD can speak to you anytime. In fact, He is always speaking to us but we are not hearing because we have boxed Him to only speaking when we pray.

What would happen to you when you are to make some decisions and you can't even pray at that particular time? What would happen in days when you don't have much time to pray, this is the reason why believers should never think God only speak during prayers.

You can hear God any time and you can achieve this by

‼️Being conscious of Him, know that He is always with you. Your body is His temple and so He lives right inside of you.

‼️Know that He can speak: He is not a robot and so He can speak to you.

‼️Invite Him into the small insignificant decisions you make: No one starts hearing God speak boldly in a day. You grow and you know how He speaks to you by inviting Him into the small things you do. Never make a decision without checking within.

‼️You don't have to get to the place of prayer before you talk to Him: As you go about your daily activities, talk to Him. Don't let ”what if He doesn't reply me”prevent you from doing this. Tell yourself ”what if He talks to me”.

He is always eager to talk to us. He started talking to man from the beginning, since the Era of Adam and Eve. He spoke to Moses, Elijah, Samuel, Eli and others in the beginning so why won't he speak to you?

A lot of us have boxed God to only speak to us when we are praying but it's not so. GOD can speak to you anytime. In fact, He is always speaking to us but we are not hearing because we have boxed Him to only speaking when we pray.
