Bigchristo, tell me how the U.S have been dethroned as world power.From the onset the US and NATO made it clear that they will not fight russia in ukraine.The invasion rather exposed russia's weakness.They are struggling to capture ukraine.

What you guys dont understand is that US played putin into this invasion to cripple russian economy and today ruble is less than a tissue paper.If Putin is a man let him throw as much as a stone into Poland or any NATO country and we shall see the truth.

Kosovo declared its independence itself and was not annexed by any country.The ICJ established that the declaration of independence didn't violate any international law.Over 90 countries recognized kosovo's independence.This is unlike russia who annexed crimea, icj didn't recognize that.

Texas was a sovereign republic that self declared independence and was later admitted to the union.US didn't annex texas.

California was annexed in the mexican-american war but that was because california was fighting for independeoce.

U.S invasion of cuba could bf justified becaus the U.S isn't a brutal neighbour.Russia's invasion of ukraine couldn't be justified because they're brutal neighbours.They tend to impose their will on the weaker neighbours and subject them to unwilling acceptance of conditions.

baralatie, the minsk1 was ineffective from the onset and that was what led to the minsk2 in 2015.Russia never wanted Ukraine in eu but they've let go of that. About the four conditions you claim to have been satisfied in the talks in Instanbul, you can help list them out with the solutions in my mention pls.

Putin sets two conditions for immediate ceasefire: ukraine ceding crimea as part of russia, ukraine recognizing the two breakaway regions as independent.Another groundless reason is that ukraine should not join nato.Okay, in the end of the talks in instanbul, the former(1st two) was talk of another day while the latter required a constitutional amendment which is unlikely so how have putin achieved his aim in the fruitless invasion? Putin was the person who expressly declared that the minsk agreement no longer exist at the wake of his so-called military operation so I don't know what you're talking about.
