I scored 289 and my school needs 230.What do I need jamb upgrade for?

After the recently concluded UTME, my cousin brother was scammed for trying to upgrade his jamb score.He applied to ABU, and according to him the jamb score demanded as departmental cut-off was 250 but unfortunately he scored 198.A man introduced him to another man who he introduced to my cousin as a friend who help in upgrading jamb score, all he needs to do was to pay N20 000.

After he credited the so-called jamb upgrader,the man was no where to be found.The man isn't picking his call again and no jamb upgrade.He was scammed for nothing.
