This year 2024, I've committed to a daily routine of self-improvement. This includes prioritizing my fitness, delving into books for mental enrichment, and honing my skills in my craft.

I plan to provide regular updates, setting daily fitness goals and weekly targets. Additionally, I'll share insights from podcasts and highlight the books that contribute to my growth.

Good evening house. I'm currently learning Python and Machine Learning. I plan to buy a laptop that will enhance my learning. My budget is between 200k and 220k. Someone told me to go for core i5 and above but the price of the new one is beyond my budget. My intention is to buy new one. Is it advisable to go for the UK used core i5 or buy new core i3. Your suggestions and advices will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Buy i5 make sure it has SSD

Na for bachelors to move back into their parents’ home. By the time you add your salary to the utility bills, you all can live frivolously. I can’t come and kill myself. Being a man is not an easy feat. Sometimes know when to retreat from uphill battles.

Honestly, it isn't easy!!!
But we'll survive.

1. Wanted to venture into a business around 2018, I had little knowledge about it so I optioned to use the capital and invest in crypto on a Nigerian owned exchange while I further study the business and make enquiries. I could only buy the coin through Peer 2 Peer transaction, I sent 85% of the capital to the buyer on the platform and that was how the money was gone.
2. Not fully engaging in tech in my 100L days in university, although I did at a latter stage.

One of the easiest way to become wealthy is to be skilled, aunty. Have very valuable and sellable skills that can endear people to you. Especially in this part of the clime wey be say nothing for you if you no stretch. So many graduates out there working and living on peanuts. Shey na 200k job wan make you rich? Or what exactly is your definition of wealth?

Education will take you far, but your skills will take you further if not farthest.

Exactly 💯.

Not learning a good marketable skill when I finished secondary school. I should have done that before going to the university. No one close to me will make that mistake.
Anyway, I am learning skills now.
It can never be too late.

What skill are you learning?

Bro remember the decision to either be sad or happy lies in you.
You just have to keep pushing.
There are millions of people that you are better than.
Don't write yourself off.
If I tell you my story,
You won't believe it.
I am going to 40, still living with my parents, no job, no child but I keep believing that one day it will be fine.

Bro, what have you been doing at these while?? Learn a skill... save up.. probably change your environment and start afresh. Network with people. Life is what you make of it!!!

Not marrying before the age 35yrs

You might not necessarily need to marry especially if you haven't seen the right woman. But you can have your kid and train them.

That i didn't learn a money making skill immediately after NYSC, or even interning for free, if need be, to gain relevant experiences.

Though i believe the situation can still be remedied. But time is not my friend atm

I am preparing for my NYSC next month and I know how the country can be on graduates. I am a First class graduate but I conditioned my mindset on skill acquisition, I am a data analyst (although I haven't gotten a full time job with it) and after or during nysc I will pay to learn solar, cctv installation.

This life isn't for the weak, I'll use my certificate too but I focus mainly on skill acquisition.
