Nr.8 Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcon(USA)
The F-16 was lighter, less expensive alternative to the F-15 Eagle. Unlike the F-15, which is purely an air superiority fighter, the F-16 is a multi-role aircraft, capable of attacking air and ground targets.
T he F-16 has been produced in large numbers and participated in numerous conflicts. Over 4 500 aircraft have been built. It has been widely exported and is currently operational with 26 countries around the world. The F-16 is battle proven.
T his aircraft is small, but highly maneuverable.The F-16 has a bubble single-piece canopy for excellent pilot visibility, which becomes during close combat.
The F-16 is still in service with the US Air Force and will remain operational until 2025. In the future it will be replaced by the new F-35 Lightning II.

Nr.7 Mikoyan MiG-31(Russia)
The MiG-31 (NATO designation Foxhound-A) was developed as part of an overall programme to provide the Soviet air defenses with the ability to meet the threat posed by NATO low-level strike aircraft and cruise missiles.
This interceptor has a high speed, altitude and rate of climb, however it sacrifices maneuverability in order to achieve these capabilities. The MiG-31 is among the fastest production aircraft. It uses missiles to shot-down enemy aircraft at long distances.
The latest version is the MiG-31BM; this is billed as a true multi-role Foxhound, able to undertake long-range interception, precision strike and defense suppression tasks. Both cockpits feature advanced displays allowing the crew to deploy precision-guided munitions. A project to upgrade Russian interceptors to the MiG-31BM standard was begun in 2010. This interceptor continue to form the back bone of Russia's air defenses

Nr.6 McDonnel Douglas F-15 Eagle(USA)
The F-15 Eagle is a purpose-built air superiority fighter designed to penetrate enemy defense.Although now in service for over 30 years, it remains a formidable warplane. This aircraft scored more than 100 air kills and is considered among the most successful Cold War era fighters.
The F-15 is equipped with weaponry and electronics, enabling it to detect, acquire, track and attack enemy aircraft, while operating in enemy-controlled airspace. This fighter carries a wide range of air-to-air missiles and is extremely maneuverable. Also it has strong high-speed maneuverability. Through modifications and upgrades the F-15 has been constantly improved.
T he F-15 Eagle is still in service with the US Air Force and is expected to remain operational at least until 2025. This aircraft has been exported to Israel, Japan and Saudi Arabia.

Nr.5 Sukhoi Su-27(Russia)
The Su-27 was developed primarily for Soviet air-defense interceptor forces. The requirement was for a highly maneuverable fighter with very long range, heavy armament and modern sensors, capable of meeting the F-15on equal terms. The result was a very successful series of aircraft. It was the top of Soviet technology at the time.
Its heavy armament of up to 10 air-to-air missiles gives excellent combat persistence; outstanding maneuverability, coupled with a helmet sight to cue agile short-range missiles also make it a potent close combat fighter, and its large internal fuel capacity confers a very long range.
Despite its age there are a number of modern and improved versions of the Su-27, including the Su-30, Su-35 and many other.The Su-35 is being offered as the Su-27 replacement. It poses great threat to modern Western aircraft.
R ecently a new Sukhoi PAK FAstealthy air superiority fighter is being developed in Russia. It willreplace the ageing MiG-29 Fulcrumsand Su-27 Flankers.

Nr.4 Dassault Rafale(France)
The Rafale is in service both with the French Air Force and Navy. This multi-role fighterfeatures some of the very latest avionics systems.Alsosome measures were taken to reduce radar cross section of this aircraft. This aircraft is very maneuverable.The Rafale can track 40 targets and fire at four targets simultaneously.
T his aircraft can hold its own against the latest versions of the American F-16.The Dassault Rafale will form the cornerstone of French air power until well into the 21st century.

Nr.3 Eurofighter Typhoon(European Union)
In 1986 the Eurofighter consortium was formed by Germany, Italy, the UK and, later, Spain, to develop a new multi-role combat aircraft, optimized as a beyond visual range interceptor with a secondary ground-attack capability.This aircraft carries advanced European-designed missiles. it is fitted with a very modern and comprehensive avionics package.
It is claimed that Typhoon is half as combat effective as the American F-22 Raptor. It is an approximate estimate, however it seems that Typhoon is superior to the F-15F, French Rafale, evolved Russian Su-27 variants and many other aircraft.
The Eurofighter Typhoon will form the cornerstone of European air power until well into the 21st century.

The Super Hornet is the most capable US Navy multi-role fighter. It is based on the aircraft carriers can attack both air and surface targets.The Super Hornet is also in service with Australia as the main fighter aircraft.
The F/A-18E/F is a larger and more capable derivative of the F/A-18C/D Hornet. The Super Hornet is fitted with new engines. It has additional hardpoints and can carry more missiles. This aircraft has extended range due to larger internal storage of fuel. The Super Hornet also has improved avionics.Some measures were taken to reduce radar cross section of this aircraft.

Osiel Cardenas Guillen
Known as the friend killer, Guillen killed his mentor to take over the Gulf Cartel in Mexico.
As he fought with rival groups he recruited 30 elite soldiers to form his own private army.
He was arrested in 2003.

Formed in the early 1970s by Jonathan and Jose, the Cali Cartel slipped under the radar compared to its ultra violent competitor the Medellin Cartel.

Manuel Noriega
He might have been a major drug lord but General Noriega was the CIA's drug lord. The Panamanian, who was military dictator of Panama from 1983 to 1989, was a prize American asset but was also involved in drug trafficking and money laundering.
He was central to the plan to swap guns for drugs with the Nicaraguan contras.
When the US invaded Panama in 1989, Noriega was eventually captured as a prisoner of war.
In Miami he was tried and convicted of drug trafficking, racketeering, and money laundering, and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
In 2011 he was extradited back to Panama to serve the rest of his sentence.

Frank Lucas
Lucas cut out the middleman and imported heroin directly from south east Asia to the United States, bragging that he smuggled it back in the coffins of dead American serviceman from Vietnam. Denzel Washington played him in the film American Gangster.
In 1976 he was sentenced to 70 years in prison after being convicted of drugs charges.

Known as El Chapo or "Shorty" because of his 5'6" stature, he was the leader of the Sinaloa cartel, which smuggles huge amounts of illegal drugs into the US.
He was arrested in Sinaloa state, in a joint operation with US anti-drugs forces which had offered £3.2 million reward. Worth a $1billion, Shorty was called the "most powerful drug trafficker in the world" by the United States Department of the Treasury, and rated one of the most powerful people in the world every year since 2009 by Forbes magazine.

1. SAS, United Kingdom
Special Air Service is one of the best Special Forces in UK. SAS was set up in 1941 during the Second World War and has served as a model for Special Forces around the world. It was reformed as part of the Territorial Army in 1947, and named the 21st Battalion, SAS Regiment. The Regular Army 22 SAS gained worldwide fame and recognition after successfully attacking the Iranian Embassy in London and rescuing hostages during the 1980 Iranian Embassy siege. It currently comprises one regular regiment and two territorial regiments. It,s primary tasks are counter-terrorism in peacetime and special operations in wartime.

2. Navy SEALs, United States
The Navy SEALs, also known as the United States Navy’s Sea, Air and Land Teams can trace their roots to World War II. SEALs are male members of the United States Navy, and are one of the United State’s most elite special Warfare Combatants. The CIA’s highly secretive Special Activities Division (SAD) and more specifically its elite Special Operations Group (SOG) recruits operators from the SEAL Teams. Joint Navy SEALs and CIA operations go back to the famed MACV-SOG during the Vietnam War. This cooperation still exists today and is seen in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Most recent joint Navy SEALs and CIA operation in the finding and killing of Osama bin Laden in Pakistan.

3. Delta Force, United States
1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (1st SFOD-D), popularly known as Delta Force, was officially approved in 1997 after numerous, well-publicized terrorist incidents in USA. It’s the best and one of the most secretive forces in the US. Modeled after the British 22 Special Air Service Regiment, or SAS. The founder/co-founder of SFOD-D was a former SAS operative who thought the US needed an elite force like the SAS. Delta Force’s primary tasks are counter-terrorism, direct action, and national intervention operations, although it is an extremely versatile group capable of conducting many types of clandestine missions, including, but not limited to, hostage rescues and raids.

4. GSG 9, Germany
GSG 9 is a German counter-terrorism and special operations unit of the German Federal Police. It was officially established in 1973 after the mismanagement of the German Police to successfully free 11 Israeli athletes who were kidnapped in Munich during the Summer Olympic Games. GSG 9 is deployed in cases of hostage taking, kidnapping, terrorism and extortion. It also be used to secure locations, neutralize targets, track down fugitives and sometimes conduct sniper operations. The unit is very active in developing and testing methods and tactics for these missions. From 1972 to 2003 they reportedly completed over 1,500 missions,[1] discharging their weapons on only five occasions.

5. JW GROM, Poland
The JW GROM (Jednostka Wojskowa GROM) is Poland’s elite counter-terrorism unit. The unit was officially activated on July 13, 1990 in response to terrorist threats. GROM, which stands for“thunder”is one of the five special operation forces units of the Polish Armed Forces. They are trained to respond to a variety of threats and unconventional warfare roles, including anti-terrorist actions and projection of power behind enemy lines.

6. SSG, Pakistan
The SSG (Special Services Group) is a special operations force of the Pakistan Army. It is quite similar to the U.S. Army’s Special Forces and the British Army’s SAS. The unit was created in 1956, it also known as “Black Storks” a name derived from their unique headgear the “Maroon Beret”. The SSG considered one of the world’s best special forces because of their courage and bravery. As a Russian president once said that if he had Pakistan’s army and Russian weapons he could conquer all the world because they are very brave. The SSG has trained for these specific missions: Asymmetric Warfare, Special Operations, Counter-Proliferation, Unconventional Warfare, Foreign Internal Defense, Special Reconnaissance, Direct Action, Hostage Rescue, Counter-Terrorist and Personnel Recovery. Recently, SSG has been active in anti-terrorist operations in Pakistan’s restive western borders with Afghanistan and fighting Islamic extremists in Pakistani cities.

7. GIGN, France
The GIGN (National Gendarmerie Intervention Group) is a special operations unit of the French Armed Forces. The unit is trained to perform counter-terrorist and hostage rescue missions in France or anywhere else in the world. It was formed after the Munich massacre in the 1971 Olympic Games. Its basic goal was to prepare for possible future responses to the extremely violent attacks. In 1973, the GIGN became a permanent force of men trained and equipped to respond to these kind of threats. It is renowned for its swift responses and proficient combat capability in hostage rescue and anti-terrorism operations. GIGN currently deployed for large-scale intervention, search and protection missions.

8. EKO Cobra, Austria
EKO Cobra (Einsatzkommando Cobra) is Austria’s primary counter-terrorism special operations tactical unit. It was formed in 1978, primarily as a response to the attack on Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics. This special tactical unit is involved mainly in counter-terrorism. The unit retains a low profile, despite their high-speed involvement in the war on terror. They were involved in a hostage rescue in the Graz-Karlau Prison in 1996 and numerous other operations. The EKO Cobra is the only Counter-Terrorism unit to end a hijacking while the plane was still in the air. They are considered by many as one of the best trained counter-terrorist units in the world
