we plenty wey dey nurse these kind fears.
i have a secret prayer ,started praying these prayers since 2010,after graduation,got ajob,married(then) next was to be expecting sex /gender of child(ren) that should follow.
I have ever been desiring just a child,a boy,whom i will shall groom to be like me,God answered my prayers,i had a boy in that period.and even more.What about a female child?
Thaaah! my peolpe,i speak i like a mortal,if given a permission to choose sex/gender of a child,will choose male,again and again,
but why not female? well;will say that their wahala too much,their shakara,their infants tantrums,nuisances,etc
somebori is asking,no be woman born you? ,abi no bi woman you marry/go marry?,abi you no get sister? all the answers are yes or yeses,but recalled i said,should i speak as a mortal or ordinary man,and not as God.
About three years later,wifey was reported to be pregnant with twin babies,and in three scanned reports,one is a boy,but the sex of the other,was not known.Wifey was highly hopeful it will be a girl,so shopped for boy and girl things,meanwhile,in my prayer 'shrine',was praying 'oh lord i dont want a baby girl,(maybe not now)
People,this na true life story o,twas only at delivery at Jon Ken's hospital,Akoka,here in lagos that the sex of the other twin was known/seen and guess what?

This second twin boy has much of feminine features,they are five year old as at march this year,in basic one now,i usually teased him by calling hm sister Paul or brother Paulina,

i no talk say our females are not usefu o;l,no,i trust them when it comes to washing family clothes,ehn,they can go to market everyday just even na to buy star magi alone.,they can mop and cook jollof rice,our girls can travel longer distance to fetch water and fire wood,cos it will enable them gossip along the road
To that neighbour that have them female girls like, seven! under his roof,i wish you well,dont be sad,just carry calculator and do arithmetic with the amount of bride price wey you go make in a short possible time fro each of your girl child.
Be courageous,continue to feed them,at age 12,buy cartons of Always sanitory pads,undies,bras,mary kay,shimi,bikini,go to tailor every weekend,saloon every saturdays,to retouch,ghana braiding,calabar kpofkpof.daily make ups,will make them marketable.
dont be surprised to hearing fighting,malice,nagging,shouting,complaints among your girls o,at home,over what the boys will not give a meaning or concerns at all.
