I have conditional offer from University of Hull, and I uploaded requirement for unconditional offer. This is one month no response from them and it seems there website is having issues. Sometimes I see the offer, other time it seems they are yet to offer. Finally what is atas?

From my observation, it seems University of Hull is having issues with there website. Some one should confirm.
