Hello Gurus, I stand to be corrected with my questions and stance. I read on the Canadian Immigration website that visitors can continue to apply for work permits inside Canada with temporary policy extended by 2 years. It has been on their website since February this year

And that takes me to my question, how's now that a crime to look for work in Canada as a visitor if the law doesn't forbid it ?

Also, is a conference visa different from a visitor's visa? To me there are the same and. If they're the same, can someone that came on conference visa also look for a valid job in Canada and he or she won't be flagging any law ?

I wouldn't want to abuse any country's immigration laws. Please help do justice to my questions bikonu

2 when did you say u be going for your vacation

Well, nothing serious. I used KLM,,, Lagos to Amsterdam then Amsterdam to Vancouver.
It was so smooth aside from our Airport in Lagos that asks for bribe at every point, but me i didn't give them anything.

No questions at all honestly, i just followed the procedure and boom, I'm here.

This was just explained to you. Either check in dollar to see the actual price and use a dollar card to pay or go to wakanow.com, travelstart or directly to airlines website like Qatar Airways, KLM/AF etc that still accept NGN payment and make a booking directly.

I noticed you've dropped your whatsapp number here a few times. Beware of scammers and fake agents contacting you unnecessarily for things you can do yourself.

Additionally, have you now received and confirmed the visa from your agent? Do ensure to do this before buying a ticket to avoid any further issues.

I travelled with a PTA of about 2700$, the funny stuff was that the Nigerian immigration did not check and I wasn’t asked at the Canadian border.

Log in your account check if your received original passport request… then log in ur tracker and see if the visa document number matches the number on ur counterfoil if you have already submitted and received passport back from vfs because they ought to be same. This is my little opinion

If after paying d agent his fees, demand for ur ircc login details, from there u can confirm from ur portal if d visa is genuine or not. With u can also track it to knw.
