anime for most adaptation is entirely advertisement for its source material. Budget for its adaptation depends on the volume of sales ergo the difference in quality

I still feel Naruto story is ever dope...somehow than any other anime so far. I stand to be corrected but it seems Kishi Moto nailed the story so much the novelties and other stuff about Naruto is above any other anime.

kishimoto ripped off every folklores and fairytales in Japanese and Asian cultures and called it Naruto.
