But be careful with it on clothes (white) becos like I sed, it stains especially d fake.

Hi nairalanders. I'm a PCM. I live in lagos. I was mobilized for NYSC 2017 Batch A Stream 2. Was posted to kebbi state but didn't report to camp due to some reasons. What can I do? Is it the end of NYSC for me? What processes do I need to undergo? Is it possible for me to go again or have I missed it forever? Please your advice is kindly needed. Thank you.
