How will they know who is not going to work? Even the independent monitors themselves absconded. Initially, she was using it to give excuse for non-payment but when they realized (As Buhari stated he has released funds for Npower before he left) the funds was paid but domiciled with service providers, they retrieved it and made promises to pay next month.
The whole thing is very clear. Buhari is not to be blamed but Sadiya.
Those so-called service providers probably used our money to make money in the pretext of waiting for further instructions from the new government. The whole thing was fraud.
