U will have to go to a football academy.
Note the word, "FOOTBALL ACADEMY". I did not say club.
In the academy, there are international scouts there. If ur footballing is good to dem or luck come ur side, they will sign u abroad or other good african countries like morocco, egypt, tunisia, libya, south africa.
This is the only way out. If u go dey train for one club for ur street or area, u are just wasting ur time.
And u need money for all these things i said.
My advise for u is to check ursef very well. Do u have money or very rich parents dat will sponsor u? I am saying dis, so dat u will not waste ur time. Age and time matters in dis life oh. If i were u, to be on the safer side, i will just go for coaching. It is a honour to be a young coach or coaching in ur early years. It is a life worth experiencing. Because with coaching u can be working and attending ur coaching school. U can even sponsor ursef.

I have tried for u. See football stuff is not an african thing. Assuming u were born in england or US, to enter football will be very possible for u. Niaja mata for football too hard. U need enough money and connection or from a very rich home.
