There's a simple and 7times tested way to stop any thing you want to stop. Find where you are in the steps given and give it time to work it.

2. Study these things which your Creator said about you.
3. Think on them, intentionally think on then and give yourself wholly to them. Refuse any thought that is not consistent with them.
4. Verbally declare those things to yourself in agreement to what He has said about you. Write a new script with your tongue on your heart by talking who God has made you. By now, the ability to live accordingly would have welled up in you and you won't incline to the old fake you anymore.
5. Live accordingly until 2,3,4,and 5 become your new habit.

First, don't beat yourself up. Sexual urge is normal and thoughts of it will come.

Here is what works for me though.

I talk to people around me, and try to come out of my private space (usually my room). Loneliness can be your enemy.

If i must engage in anything else, it is usually something i enjoy. Reading won't take your mind off it if you don't love reading.

There is no hack, you will always have to put in effort. If a lady catches your eye, try not to stare. I also try to burn myself out by exercising and watching movies - that way my body goes to rest faster, giving me less time for my mind to wander.
