How do you know the poster is an Igbo man ? In actual fact, Tinubu owns Lagos nah. He keeps converting state properties for his personal use. LASPOTECH was taken by him and Eti Osa Local Government in Glover road was taken by him as well. These are just the few of many he has converted for his personal use.

We seem to have a short memory. 2 years ago, we were all clamouring for a new goalkeeper. We felt that Okoye failed us by conceding a tame goal against Tunisia in the 2021 Nations cup and Uzoho doing same against Ghana in 2022 world cup qualifiers against Ghana. The last straw was when Uzoho punched the ball into his own net against saudi Arabia. Nwabali came to the rescue and has performed creditably since the. I do not like his attitude also but he seems to be our best bet for now. A tournament is not a testing ground. If injured, let the coach pick another person but we need to be careful not to throw out the baby with the bath water. We still need Nwabali for now. This is the link to the match where Uzoho punched the ball into his own net -

IslamRe: Nigeria Media Houses Are Not Fair To The Muslims by vislabraye(m): 4:49pm On Dec 26, 2025
Lukgaf:
Nigeria First: A Call for Fairness in Our Media

It is deeply painful to witness how some media houses in Nigeria handle sensitive issues, especially when Muslims are involved. Recently, a tragic bomb blast occurred in a mosque in Maiduguri. According to reports, lives were lost and many were injured. This alone should have moved every conscience.

Yet, what made the situation even more disturbing was how some media outlets chose to report it.

For example, a headline from Channels TV read:
“Many Feared Dead As Bomb Blast Rocks Maiduguri On Christmas Eve.”

This headline is misleading. It subtly creates the impression that Christians were targeted during Christmas, without clearly stating that the incident occurred inside a mosque and that Muslims were the victims. This is not just poor journalism — it is unfair, insensitive, and dangerous.

Sadly, this is not the first time such a pattern has appeared. When victims are Christians, headlines often clearly state it. But when Muslims are affected, the language becomes vague or carefully framed in a way that distorts public perception.

Where is the justice?
Where is the professionalism?
Where is the humanity?

Journalism is meant to inform, not inflame. It should unite, not divide. A journalist must rise above personal beliefs and sentiments. Lives are lives — Muslim or Christian — and pain does not have a religion.

It is even more troubling that credible bodies like the NSCIA have reportedly raised concerns that some media houses reject Muslim-sponsored programmes, even when willing to pay, which clearly goes against ethical broadcasting standards. This should worry every fair-minded Nigerian.

Before we are Muslims or Christians, we are Nigerians.
Before religion, there is humanity.
Before bias, there must be truth.

Nigeria cannot heal when truth is selective and empathy is conditional. Media houses must do better. We must all do better.

May Allah grant justice to the oppressed, guide our leaders and institutions, and heal our nation.
What you people are good at is gaslighting others. Who planted the bomb is the mosque ? Hpw many churches have the Moslem burnt down and none of you have said anything? Don't blame others for the problem you created. The bomb(s) were planted in the mosques by you people. Deal with it.

It is just co-incidental that the person you wrote about is my uncle. Half of what you wrote about him is not true.... For instance, Uncle Etim Esin is not living quietly in Akwa Ibom state. He now lives in Lekki (quietly in his house there). He also has houses in Surulere and other parts of lagos... While the write-up about the armed robbers' incident is just 70% correct, the incident about rape is false. You need to understand his perspective. He did not rape anyone, I spoke with him about this incident myself, and the narrative he gave is quite different - it was a case of frame up. Uncle Etim John Esin that I know in person is not regretting anything... I can tell you that for free.

I know that we have several Ex-Super Eagles players on this platform too, probably reading this post. We need to celebrate our heroes. My uncle is a Living Legend, let's celebrate him while he is still alive.
The OP never said Esin was guilty of r@pe. He was accused but it was later realized that the accusation was false.

Answer with yes or no

Did kidnapping first started in the South?
Mumu man. If we are looking for what started in the North, there are many. Suicide bombing, mass and senseless killing, genocide, destroying other people's farmland. Is it a thing of joy to start debating whether kidnapping started in the North or South?
Is the North not the biggest menace we have in Nigeria ? Which other people will leave his region and go and kidnap others except the North ? Which other regions have suicide bombers if not the North ?
PoliticsRe: Sule: Kidnapping Started In Southern Nigeria, It Didn’t Start In The North by vislabraye(m): 10:08am On Dec 09, 2025
Mumu man. Instead of him to look for a way to end the criminal activities like k3lling of innocent people, banditry , cattle rustling , destruction of crops and raiding communities, he telling us the origin of kidnapping. Are the Fulanis, not carrying out these activities? Who are the biggest nuisance in the country at the moment ?
Has he heard of a Niger Deltan kidnapping people from the North or in Lagos? Has he heard of Ijaws bombing churches and kidnapping children from schools ? This man thinks like an illiterate. Some of these Northern governors are not fit enough to be hired as clerks.

Are you talking about the same Reno? The same Reno that you people were worshipping and licking his stinking behind when he was busy abusing Tinubu and Buhari. He was your lord and savior until he refused to support your Agulu packaged fraud. You now hate him because he has done more damage to the Agulu religious fanatic than even the APC.

You people believed him so much that if I ask anyone to show proof that Tinubu was into drugs, they will just repost what Reno posted years ago. That's how much he had you people fulled that you beleive anyhing he said back then.
The issue is consistency and truthfulness . That's why people like Sowore are highly respected. Sowore criticized GEJ and he's still doing same to Tinubu.
How can someone say Tinubu is a fraud and then make a U-turn to defend him ? That's the hight of dishonesty.

RomanceRe: A Woman Narrates How She Deported Her Husband by vislabraye(m): 11:19am On Dec 05, 2025
Marvieduke:
I deported my husband. I didn’t just divorce him; I put him on a plane back to the trenches. And I slept like a baby the night he left.

Half the people in my church are calling me a demon. The other half are whispering that they would have done the same thing. But before you type "Wicked Woman" in the comments, listen to what this man did to me.

My name is Sarah. I’m a Registered Nurse living in Houston, Texas. I worked double shifts, standing on my feet for 12 hours a day, wiping backsides and taking abuse from patients, just to save enough money.

Why?

To bring the "Love of my Life," Michael, to America.

We met when I went home for Christmas three years ago. Michael was charming, handsome, and spoke with that smooth accent that made my knees weak. He was a struggling engineer with "big dreams" but no opportunities.

"Baby, if you just get me to the States, I will treat you like a Queen," he promised. "I will work hard. I will build us an empire."

I believed him. I was 32, single, and lonely in a big house. I wanted a family. I spent $15,000 on lawyers, filing fees, and flights. I sponsored his K-1 Visa.

When Michael landed at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, I cried tears of joy. I thought my life was beginning.

For the first six months, he was perfect. He cooked. He cleaned. He rubbed my feet when I came home from the hospital.

"You are my angel," he would say.
We got married at the courthouse. We filed for his Green Card (Adjustment of Status). The interview was scheduled for next week.

Last Sunday, I came home early from my shift because I had a migraine.

The house was quiet. Michael wasn't in the living room. I walked toward the bedroom, and I heard him laughing. He was on a video call.

I stopped. Something about his tone was... different. He wasn't speaking the sweet English he spoke to me. He was speaking Pidgin, fast and aggressive.

"Don't worry, babe. The maga doesn't suspect anything," he said.

Maga?
My heart stopped. In our slang, "Maga" means a fool. A victim of a scam.

I crept closer to the door.

"The interview is next week," he continued, laughing. "Once I get that Green Card in my hand, I give it six months. Then I will file for divorce, claim 'irreconcilable differences,' and by next year, I will file for you and the kids to come over. America is sweet, babe. Just be patient."

A woman’s voice crackled on the speaker. "We miss you, daddy. Junior asks for you every day."

"Tell Junior daddy is working on his future. This woman is just the ladder. You are the owner of the house."

I didn't scream. I didn't kick down the door. A cold calmness washed over me. The kind of calm that scares you more than anger.

I walked back to my car, drove to a coffee shop, and sat there for three hours. I realized everything was a lie. The love. The foot rubs. The cooking. It was all a performance to secure his stay.

I went home later that evening and acted like everything was normal. I even kissed him.
But the next morning, while he was at the gym, I went to the USCIS website.

I withdrew my Sponsorship.

I wrote a letter to the immigration officer explaining that the marriage was fraudulent and that I was no longer willing to support him financially.

I didn't tell Michael.

The morning of the interview, he put on his best suit. He looked so handsome. So confident.
"Ready to make us official, baby?" he asked, fixing his tie.

"I'm ready," I smiled.
We sat in the waiting room. When they called his name, the officer didn't invite us into an office.

Two ICE officers walked out instead.

They asked for his ID. They told him his petition had been withdrawn by the sponsor and his visa had expired. The look on his face? It wasn't fear. It was pure confusion. He looked at me.

"Sarah? What is going on?"

I stood up, smoothed my dress, and looked him dead in the eye. "I am not a ladder, Michael. And this Maga has closed the bank." I walked out of that building while he was shouting my name in handcuffs.

He is currently in a detention center awaiting deportation. His family back home has been blowing up my phone, cursing me, sending me Bible verses about forgiveness.

His "real wife" even sent me a DM begging me to reconsider for the sake of their children.

But I feel nothing.

I worked too hard for my peace to let a squatter live in it. Now, I’m sitting in my quiet house, drinking wine. Did I go too far? Should I have just divorced him and let him stay? Or did he get exactly what he ordered?
