Ok.... then I did the video interview and I got a reply from them that day stating all the success criteria and finally a regret mail that same day. Didn't take too long from when I got the success criteria mail. So I guess maybe they are different guys handlng the different departments and thats what determines the speed at which your response comes in. For those guys who have not gotten a regret mail, hold on, hang on, I believe there is something positive down the line and for those of us that have gotten regret mails,it is not the end yet, better opportunities await us. I think providing evidence against sth means you are not competent in that 'sth'.

I really don't think that responses that contain 'excellent evidence' are tickets to the next stage.

Now we've debunked the theory that excellent evidence means "success" as one of the excellent feedback also got a regret mail. I guess your theory may be valid.

Judgement - Big picture thinking, analysis & decision making and change & innovation
You provided excellent evidence against ‘big picture thinking’, you thought about the wider implications of your ideas and suggestions and it was clear that you seek to maximize benefits. You demonstrated that you could work effectively with different teams across Unilever, however, you could have provided more information on how you could achieve savings in the future. You demonstrated that you were committed and supportive to Unilever’s wider vision and goals and that you take account of these aims in your answers. You could improve further by thinking about how you could support others to develop their ‘big picture thinking’ skills and the different efficiencies that could be achieved when implementing large projects (i.e. savings in resource, time, project costs etc.).

You also demonstrated that you assimilate and analyze information effectively and objectively to make informed decisions quickly. Your answers indicate that you are able to actively seek and identify information that is useful; however, you could provide more information about how you would identify trends, inconsistencies and risks.
