Any city competing with Ghana in hotel or any other infastructure has no future and Nigeria is among those not competing on your bottom level mediocre infastructure. I gave you an order. Start with homes. Start replicating the kind of world class luxury you see in naija and the rest of Africa there before heading for office spaces and hotel.
