The Galaxy mall, The mall is an open-plan concept with continuous glazing forming shop fronts, allowing absolute and limitless alteration of the internal shop sizes. Upon completion, the mall will provide for 1 major anchor tenant, 3 cinemas, 6 restaurants,over 360 car parking bays.

I actually know a few people working on financing this project completion should be right on track next year massive project which should solve 60% of Lagos's traffic problem and likely carry 2 million plus people everyday if they execute it properly that is.

Second Niger Bridge project (Almost completed )
6-lanes, The first phase of the Second Niger Bridge project is the Bridge and about 10km of Highway, as well as an Interchange and a Toll Station; the remaining length of highway will I believe be completed as a second phase.
1.6 km (0.99 mi) long and furnished with other ancillary infrastructure including a 10.3 km (6.4 mi) highway, Owerri interchange and a toll station all at Obosi city, expected to be completed in the year 2022

All coming along nicely, financed by the Presidential Infrastructure Development Fund (PIDF) that President Buhari established in 2018, with $650m in seed funding, to deliver on critical road projects across the country.

Update us on that kaduna mall. We are undoubtedly the second highest formal retail power house in Africa just behind SA.

Ur konza isn’t planning to hit the level by 2050.
