NatGas: Guy, am just wondering,when did u conclude all the interviews and when the you finally get the offer Letter? though I have been told my final interview was successful and that they will send the offer soon but that has been like 2weeks plus so am just wondering if yours took this long. Please hala back.

@NatGas I had to wait for about 1month after my final interview before getting the offer letter. The fact that they updated you on your application status is perfect. Just chill they will get to you.

That was the sequence for guys in the UK, although this might be different for guys in Nigeria, not sure though.

The country manager interview was pretty straight forward. No technical questions and basic interview questions (nothing over the top).

After the country manager interview, I had the line manager interview.

Still waiting for a feedback.

Btw @NatGas goodluck with your interview, you should be fine, just come across confident.

I reckon the offer letter is on its way IJN.

So apparently, there is another interview (line manager interview) after the country manager interview.

I reckon if you are in Nigeria it will be a face to face interview and if outside Nigeria it will be a telephone interview.
Mine was a telephone interview.

Yh, did my country manager phone interview 2weeks ago... still waiting for a reply (Although they said I should hear back in about 2weeks)

NB: stay original and be yourself cos they just want to get to know you and also find out if you can fit into the Tenaris working environment.

Basically, the process here (UK) is similar to the one in Nigeria...

Online test - Assessment centre (3 stages including company presentation, a 'killer' numeric test, scenarios and group exercise) - three man panel face-to-face HR interview - Personality test - Country manager interview - Offer Letter (I think).

Over here we were about 30pple that got to the assessment centre, however only 5 of us got to the face-to-face HR interview and I reckon they might have gotten rid of some people at this stage (not sure about this though). Then the last stage is the Country manager interview which I am waiting for (I got the confirmation mail and a couple of postponed scheduled phone interviews, which has been duly explained). Nonetheless, a few people have done this interview (not sure how many).

So there you go mate!... a brief summary of the process so far.




NB: On the job ad it says they are looking to recruit only 2pple... Not sure if this has changed cos Pablo mentioned during the presentation that they are looking to recruit a couple of pple for the Nigerian office but not sure how many.

Further exclusive info, the Country manager was on vacation and the annual budget was also been discussed which caused the slight delay. However, I reckon things should be a lot faster now since you guys in Nigeria have started getting the final stage invite.
