4Him:u made me crack ma ribs. Yea we know its shame 2 kenya for our killings, but unfortunately( for u) we r foccusung on positive things about it. N0 1 u cant fool kenyans, not like poor nigerias who trashed democracy long tyme ago. ya dua rigged n all nigerians were dancing themselves mad, since they r now immune to morality( vices r openly condoned.) N0 2 we r fixing all this messs, cleaning voter regester, addressing th gap btwn poor n rich, tribalism n corruption. as the clashes die, we r burring all this. what will come out a bettr country.so kind of the violence was blessing in disguise, for now things r back 2 nomalcy, unless nigeria is broadcasting stale news, am sure its possible |

TCUBE:true it has ben bad but just as many predicted it never became a genocide. we'r making progress towards peace n the two parties have agreed on fresh polls after two years, now they r negotiating about power sharing.but did u know that the outside media were exergerating on this matter, like in north coast a famous place for tourism there was no acts of violence yet the foreigners wishing to visit cancelled their jouney after the abroad media houses carried out horrifying news. |
I stand to be corrected. Is the other name for nigerians, complains?. I wanted to see the beauty of Nigerian cities. i started with lagos, it has nice buildings although alot need to be done to make it a world class, what amazed me is in the thread alot of naijas were complaining n complaining. so i came to this thread n Abuja is a city to beheld n talk about, but even here the complains dialogue is more than the photos uploaded. what is wrong with some of u guys. am not boasting but look at the beautiful pictures of nairobi. we as kenyans we have a share of many problems but shud that hinder us celebrating the little good things we have?, n even on that thread (on nairobi photos) some naijarians r still complaining, ?come on celebrate the beauty of african cities, dont b brainwashed ba wester media. ![]() |
i think this is a clever woman, i mean its the way u see it, she is an opportunist, sleeps with another man at a calculated risk, ie if she was caught she had a briliant answer, you told me, so all she had to do is to pretend to be a fool, n quench her , u know what, after the husband having been away during xmass |
@ maasai, have seen the new Gakuos development, some street seats along kenyata avenue n new bill boards on the streetboarders, -the green sits- i will try to have a capture of them. they r just 2 swit, ![]() |

@davidylan Re: Nairobi Photos (kenya): A Beautiful East African City « #235 on: December 12, 2007, 01:42 AM » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Its not only rude i think it also smacks of idiocy to spend the time speaking Kenyan on a Nigerian forum. Are there no Kenyan forums were you can go dialogue with the masai? You can only show Nairobi as if that is all there is to Kenya, why don't you show us pictures of the hinterlands were the real poverty abides? We are tired of seeing places built up by white people! At least we can boldly beat our chests and say WE (black people) built Abuja, parts of Lagos, Enugu, Portharcourt and Calabar. . . Each time we see these pictures, all we see are white people with the blacks merely onlookers. davidylan ua very wrong to imagine that since they are white people they have assisted us in building nairobi. samhow kenyans have been taught to let facts speak 4 themselves n so i ask you to research among the scyscrappers in Nai howmany have ben constructed by the whites or even owned by the whites, most of the tall buildings such as I&M n intercontinenetal house belong to Mr simeone Nyachae n chriss kirubi, pure blacks, not 4getting a number owned by the government, The reason u see many whites is coz kenya economy is supported by tourism, pliz gather ua information well ma dear. |

@ ignorant, i feel u broda, abit jealous? well i think the motive here is not to compete but to bring out the true good nature of our african cities, n correct the tainted image displayed by the international media houses. Howz that we fight when we r supposed to be united, post forth those gooodies of lagos.abuja n others. Personaly i love nigeria though a kenyan. i was not lucky 2 get a naijaboy, n now is 2 late. have never been there but from the movies i watch u guyz u gotta a taste. Nice pics. I hope its ok to add some more photos for Nai and Mombasa |
I am a Kenyan and live and work in Nairobi. This pics are real though our infrastructures mainly roacd need to be improed coz we suffer from traffic jams. However this might be a thing of the past very soon with the government pledging to upgrede roads to match with the rising population. Am proud to be a Kenyan and am happy to see other good looking cities like Abuja and Lagos. Long live Africa |
