If not working then disconnect the device from PC and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds. Then try to flash it again.

To be honest with you, there is little to no hope for you. Your RN5 has entered brickland due to ARB(anti roll-back). It's always important to READ, READ, READ and READ before manipulating your device. In fact, READING extensively can't be over emphasized.

I used to do flash here and there when I was using tecno and gionee. I never used a phone more than 8 months before they packed up.

I haven't even rooted my xiaomi mi max 2, it's almost one year now, no issues yet.
