Celebrities / Why I Left Nigeria For Ghana – Hanks Anuku by Voy(m): 8:38pm On Oct 03, 2021
Hanks Anuku, a Nollywood actor, has revealed why he left Nigeria and relocated to Ghana.

Anuku was recognized for his villain parts in Nigerian films back in the day.

The actor, however, told BBC Igbo that he chose to remain in Ghana since it is easier to work there and the country is more organized.

“One of the reasons I left Nigeria was because I was bored. I've lived in England, the United States, and Italy. Since the 1990s, a lot has occurred to me.

“I discovered Ghana to be more organized. I don't have time to pass judgment on anyone, but the electricity in that country is reliable, and I enjoyed it there. It was very simple to work and progress there. He stated, "That is the truth."

Business / Reno Omokri: What To Invest In Instead Of An Iphone13 Vs iPhone 13 series prices by Voy(m): 8:33pm On Sep 18, 2021
Nobody on Earth needs an iPhone13. Absolutely no one. An iPhone 13 is a status symbol. Don’t let peer pressure rob you off your real treasure. If your old phone works, use it. you don’t need a new phone. You need a new investment. Invest. Don’t impress!

Below are 10 Things You Can Invest in Instead of an iPhone13:

* A plot of land in a low cost area
* 40 bags of rice at a rural area to sell at a profit in an urban area
* Trade in forex
* Buy 3 Microsoft shares
* Buy 6 Apple shares
* Rent a one bedroom and use it for Airbnb
* Buy treasury bonds
* Start a POS business
* Join lendingclub and earn money lending money to people who are guaranteed to repay
* Invest in a course and learn an income generating skill

Good afternoon sir/ma.
My father on his way back home from work with his Motorcycle had an accident with a drone (maverick Air 2) yesterday.

It is owned by the military and my dad had a break failure and hit their drone.

Right now he has been detained in the cell and they demanded N750, 000 from him today before they can release him.

I don’t know how true this story is but you can please follow thread on Facebook just to verify how authentic his story is so as to grant him help if story is genuine by letting him know how he should go about this using a lawyer or an activist. Thank you

Jobs/Vacancies / Lady Quits Bank Job After Getting Offer In Dubai, Gets There & Told No More Work by Voy(m): 10:26am On Sep 14, 2021
A young lady identified as Kimberly Ofori has narrated on LinkedIn how she got stranded in Dubai after travelling there in hope of working a better job. The lady rejected a promotion she was offered at a bank she used to work for in Amsterdam because she wanted to take up a different job in Dubai.

So she resigned from the bank, packed her bag, and went with a one-way ticket to the United Arab Emirates. Before making that bold move, the lady had got a job with a housing company that offered a relatively better salary that is tax-free.

When she got to the new workplace in Dubai all excited, the director of the company was shocked to see her. Some moment after, she called Ofori, gave her a one-month advance salary and apologised that the job vacancy had been cancelled.

The boss revealed that they have been trying to reach her and inform her of the new development before she got to Dubai.

That was how Ofori got stranded and had to spend the next six months applying for over 70 jobs without success. She had to survive on water and piece meals like noodles and biscuits. She never told anyone back home of the situation.

When the young lady’s salary dried up, she got more desperate with her job hunting until she got one.

Romance / Re: four Classes Of Women That May Not Get Married by Voy(m): 9:21pm On Sep 09, 2021
amprat:
On the Career woman:
The woman need be careful before she turns workerholic.

Though men get attracted to them because of the potentials of no being a liability, no man wants a woman that won't have time for them all in the name of job.

As much as possible, let your ambitions be well communicated such that it doesn't portray you as a wife that would end up being arrogant or cannot submit.

The need for respect is in every man's DNA, whatever feminism is trying to teach, if you cannot respect a man , don't go into relationship with him.

Date the man you value and feel deserve your respect, that is not being mumu it is secret of blissful relationship.

PS: Respect is reciprocal, a man that deserves your respect would respect you also because he is perceptive enough to recognise your value and vice versa, just that what a man calls respect might be a bit different from what a female perceive as respect and truth is men feed on respect more than love while women feed on love more than respect.

Yes agreed that the woman faulted but wat I find completely disgusting is the way some simps (yes I refer to them as simps) wld come all out and kip generalising and abusing all women forgetting that they were born of women and wld get married to women.

FYI, I'm not referring to all the guys here cos some are very reasonable, and wld take their time to dissect the truth. I respect the men on this platforms that are realist. Blame the man if he is at fault and vice versa.

Simps don't rest wen a topic that has to do with women comes up, it gives them joy to see that the women are degraded and reduced to nothing. Remember u have a mother and sisters at home.

Sorry to mention this, about the guy that saw some medication in his sister's bag, he was already fuming on wat to do with her, imagine where someone is talkn about the sister in a disgusting and degrading manner, how wld he feel?

Some women are useless but not ALL women are useless, same applies to me too.

it gives em joy” as for me, it inflicts pain in my heart! The world is indeed wicked. No woman is wicked, it’s jus the devil taking advantage of all of us

I think both of them contributed to the failure of their marriage, the woman, more than the man.

How could you be sleeping with your sister's husband till the point you got pregnant by him and pinned it on another man?

I think it's fair for them to go to the court to resolve their custody issues.
if u say they both contributed, why did u say the woman more?? If u acknowledge she was the first to, then she’s the prob to the failed marriage… give a man 100% peace and he’ll give u 200% peace and love till the very end
