The apc in Lagos is trying to woo igbos for sanwo olu, the apc nobodies say they are pressing mumu button.

The federal apc is trying to woo the east desperately, given the potential Margins of the election, the apc on nairaland say buhari has won without campaigning.

It seems one of the apc group is very stupid.

Im glad you guys are beginning to see the misjudgement of Atiku.

He committed two big blunders and i think you are highlighting one of them.

One, even if he would pick a SE for VP, pick one with broad acceptance outside SE.

Two, if you would pick a campaign coordinator for SW, pick one that will win votes.

Fayose is a wrong one to assign coordination. He is in PDP but not in Atiku camp. He has toned down rhetoric since loosing immunity, plus he was not happy that PDP ignored loyalists and went for party defectors. Atiku is a defector. Then Atiku also ignored picking loyalists for VP and instead picked Obi, defector from APGA.

Naturally certain PDP loyalists are pissed! They might not work against Atiku....but I doubt they are enthusiastically behind him .

Anyone telling you Atiku will win or get beyond 20% in SW is lying to you. He will be lucky to get 15%.

We have studied all these factors and are reassured that Atiku has lost.

He is even more popular than the vice president. The recent debate helped to reinforce that.

The only difference is that atiku is not as popular as buhari given his many baggages.

i want obi's success and likewise atiku but you know they have a big hurdle to surmount. I can recall osibanjo doing same only in lagos but he was a former attorney general unlike peter obi a former governor who should be using his influence to push the cause. I am not happy because if atiku eventually wins obi would not see anything as a VP.

Peter should be doing something in Lagos, but I think he is trying to cement the home support first.
The votes there are critical.

As the election draws near when atiku finishes his campaign in the north, I hope they will launch a sustained campaign in the Lagos to get as much votes as possible.

Lagos is a metropolis. Campaigning in Lagos is like campaigning in the entire Nigeria at a glance.

Atiku made the mistake picking peter obi, i have never seen peter obi campagning in other states of the federation. Even courtesy calls to other governors it is a big problem. Atiku is doing all the work himself. Look at osibanjo campaigning, making the work easier for buhari. Economic intelligence would not give atiku votes but grassroot mobilization.

Osibanjo is the current vice president. He is masking his campaign under official government work.

When osibanjo was running as VP in 2015, he did all his campaign in Lagos, in BRT and door to door.
He never did anything in the east or south south alone, because it is buhari's job as presidential candidate to lead the way.

Losing the SW by a number of votes does not stop them from winning the south.

The north is a different kettle of fish though, and that is where atiku may lose it.

If he is not able to get half the states in the north, then he has lost. And it is a very very likely possibility he won't get those states from buhari.
