wet2g2: tecno m3 is the best phone ever, I love It, over 1.0gig internal memory is wow and the speed super, 3g and 5mp camera, with phone memory storage about 1gig also wonderful. I just rooted It without pc. I feel like flying

pls my fellow tecno d5 users pls put out of my mystery. when I want to download a file like 2go(2.48mb) it takes like 20 to 30 minutes and does not download. pls what could be the likely reason? could it be because I'm using 15mb like airtel or etisalat? should I subscribe to a data plan?
