We all saw how Israel eliminated and still eliminating Iran terrorist leaders.
Common Turji is very hard for Nigeria military to eliminate.
If not for rival ISWAP terrorist group that eliminated shekau of Boko Haram, he would have still be alive till today. That tells us one thing.... Bello Turji is not staying in the same camp with his boys..... |

DeepSight: + What is terrorism and is it only practiced by Islamic extremists? If you have a clear understanding of the two opposing Islamic ideologies, the Sunnis' and the Shi'ites, you would understand that, the Iranian missiles flying across their neighbours was not only because of US had their military bases over there but to suppres and annihilate then for their ideological differences. More than 80% of know terrorists organisations worldwide are linked directly or indirectly to Iran and their proxies... even in Nigeria. The city of Maiduguri was bombed yesterday, scores were injured and tens lost their lives, how many of you guys carried placards to protest or sympathise with the victims the way you are crying for Iran? Brendaniel: I've refused to talk about this war for certain reasons, but there is something I have noticed which a lot of people have taken to be normal in this war which is:
It looks like most people(especially Iranian supporters) have taken it to be normal for Iran to attack civilians and civilian facilities of other countries while it is an atrocity for other countries to the same to it.
For instance, this is UAE, over 140 civilians were injured, no one says anything, the Iranian supporters will come here to cheer it as victory with justification, where these people in any military facility ? No!
Now reverse the same scenario for Iran and watch most people scream of injustice especially Iranian supporters.
I've refused to involve my discussion in this war but this is getting very obvious. Your response to this news provoked me to comment. I watched with so much irritation and utter disgust when some people will dance around whenever Iran attacked and killed other nationals for no justifiable reason and screemed to the high heavens when a facility is attacked without human casualty.... What manner of people behave like that? Anyways, my stand is well defined; I will never support or become a terrorist apologist and on no circumstances will I lend my voice to the rewards of their wickedness. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Samuel Godwin Oche: Kaduna Pastor Commits Suicide After Gay Video Resurface (Pix by waice6571: 4:51pm On Mar 04 |
Emmalez: In a heartbreaking development that has sent shockwaves through religious communities in northern Nigeria, Prophet Samuel Goodwin Oche, a Benue indigene who had been ministering in Kaduna, has reportedly died by suicide. The incident follows the recent resurfacing of an alleged sexual video from 2018, purportedly showing him in an intimate encounter with another man.
Sources close to the matter indicate that Prophet Oche, popularly known as "Talk and Do" among his congregation, had been facing intense scrutiny and public pressure after the video began circulating online again. The clip, which dates back several years, allegedly depicts acts of sodomy, leading to widespread speculation and commentary on social media platforms.
According to reports gathered from local witnesses and online discussions, the pastor had managed to weather similar rumors in the past but found the latest wave overwhelming. "He was able to withstand the situation back then, but this latest resurfacing seemed to bring intense pressure and scrutiny that he couldn't handle," noted one account from a Facebook post by Elijah S. Nelson, who shared details of the story after fact-checking initial claims.
Pastor Oche leaves behind a wife and two young children, a detail that has amplified the tragedy for many observers. "This is the only painful part of the whole situation, which is even more heartbreaking—not his life that he didn't value," Nelson wrote in his post, emphasizing the human cost beyond the scandal. Community members have expressed sorrow over the loss, with some pointing to the relentless nature of online shaming and its toll on mental health.
The prophet's death has sparked broader conversations about the pressures faced by religious leaders in Nigeria, where societal expectations and personal struggles often collide. Many young and upcoming pastors are under immense strain to succeed and attract followers, sometimes leading to desperate measures, as highlighted in online discussions surrounding the case.
This incident serves as a painful reminder that the internet never forgets, and public shame can destroy lives. Mental health struggles are real, even for those we least expect, like community pillars such as pastors. As Nigerians, we must learn to be careful with our words, verify information before spreading it, and remember that behind every headline is a human being.

Olofofo247ng: A very rare photo of the Kuti brothers from Nigeria. Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, Dr. Beko Ransome-Kuti and Professor Olikoye Ransome-Kuti all from the same parents and a bl00dline of activism.
The trio is known to have made marks that have enriched Nigeria's history in different ways.
Fela, the Afrobeat creator, was a bone in the necks of various governments and administrations, especially the military juntas. With his songs, he drove his criticisms down the spine of the various heads of state in Nigeria. For his activism, he was arrested multiple times and sent to jail many times too, mostly on trumped-up charges.
Dr. Beko, a medical doctor, was another very popular activist of his time. He gave the military governments a run for their money joining the likes of Gani Fawehinmi, Prof. Wole Soyinka and such other globally revered crusaders.
Prof. Olikoye, another medical expert, however, was not an activist in the real sense of the word. He put his energy into serving the country as Minister of Health in the same government that his two brothers cr!ticised so strongly. It is to Olikoye's credit that Nigeria initiated the Primary Healthcare system to bring healthcare closer to the grassroots.
