I need to let u know madam Radu that your people insist on collecting 2k plus VAT even after showing them I have appoint from u(nairaland). They actually wanted to make me pay 8k non refundable if am not fixing the issue but discounted if am fixing. I had to stand my ground and the lady don't even know jack. The guys at the receptions don't know what they are doing and don't know what scanning entails after asking about the scan. At least there is need to be technical person attending to customers too. The experience was not good. Don't let me use bad word. I know u may not be aware of this, don't let them put ur integrity to doubt.

Ah, I see the misunderstanding. The hours is not based on how long we actually take. It's on how long the job should take an average competent technician. So if the industry standard is 3 hours and for some reason we take 10, you only pay for 3. Time to get parts etc is not charged to customer. For example, give me year and model for your car and I'll tell you how long it should take to do the steering rack.

@madam radauto, the @Babadee1900 knows what he's saying by puting caveat on the service charge o, I just checked u out on IG now and what I can only say is "fantastic" can I start getting my discount right from here biko. grin

I need to pay u a visit for transmission diagnosis and solution.

Better! As for your transmission, some symptoms don’t manifest when the tranny is still cold or yet to reach its optimum operating temperature.

If you experience same symptoms again today after extensive driving, know that it’s time for you to visit a transmission expert for proper diagnosis.
Meanwhile run away from that mechanic that told you to use HOLTS in your tranny.

Please leader in the house, if someone's car is leaking water in that circle place inside car, both driver's side and passager side for front...what can cause it. U thought it was from the wheelscreen, try use silicon there but still not work....

If you have rust part on top of your car close to windscreen edge..most likely the culprit.
