Business / Ways To Get More Customers For Your Business by walebabs3: 6:19pm On Jan 11, 2017
Product development is a troublesome and difficult process but it pays off in the end. You have something that is worthy of the market. You have fought your challenges and customers are now pouring in. Or are they? Is your business growing enough? Are the customers aware of the existence of your product? Here are a few creative ideas will definitely help you get along the way…

1.Utilize the Networks

Very often, we do not realise that we have a huge network that can be turned into a customer base. It could be your existing customers, people you have worked with, neighbours etc. You need to reach out to anyone and everyone so that you have a widely successful network. Your network is as lucrative as you make it i.e. only after you have identified it. Moreover, the network will spread the message through word of mouth and your product definitely then will be a thing in the market. While cashing in on this network, don’t forget the virtual one. Your Facebook friends or your twitter followers could be as interested as anyone else. You need to strategically work on your network in order to establish yourself successfully. You will then pave the way for your own success. After all, who knows the product better than the creator of the product itself? Spread awareness about it amongst your friends and family as you slowly go on expanding.

2. Expert Advice

Online marketing is quite a task and hence, it is a good idea to seek professional help. Professionals will make you understand the strategy as well as help you set an achievable goal and deadline. For, as much as it may sound otherwise, digital marketing is not a cakewalk. Sometimes, you have to integrate your digital marketing strategy and it gets all the more complicated. Therefore, it is wise to hire an online marketing professional who will do the needful for you. It isn’t for nothing that online marketing strategies are thriving. Owing to cut-throat competition, prices are now economical and hence, hiring an agency isn’t any longer a difficult task. Moreover, it is only going to get you profit. The very profits that will help you take care of your firm as well as invest in better future plans. It is always a good idea to hire a trusted and well-known online marketing agency to fulfill your needs.

3. Samples

Awareness leads to action and until and unless the customers are aware of the existence of the product, they aren’t going to buy it. It is a good idea to give your customers a free trial of your product for the long run. It will help you build a rapport with customers in the truest and the most honest sense possible. The free trials strategy has been in the market since a long time and has always succeeded. They are the best way to market your product because the customers get a true feel of it and also gain a sense of importance. You will also get huge feedback from your customers which you can quickly implement garnering more love and thus, sales. Moreover, your customer is going to be more than someone who pays and buys. You will have much more interaction than just that.

4. Be a Speaker

Great personalities make a great company. Therefore, speak about your product at events so that your customers can relate with you at an intimate level. This increases the trust of the customer in you while you have a fan base of your own thanks to your product.

Celebrities / Nollywood Actresses Who Ventured Into Music And Failed by walebabs3: 3:09pm On Jun 26, 2016
It’s never easy making the switch from acting to singing.
But many Nigerian actresses are attempting it. Big stars you won’t believe have all tried their hands at music and failed.

These Nollywood actresses have released one album or single, then faded into musical obscurity. We love their acting and we wish they will just stick to that.

Music isn’t for the dabblers, I bet these actresses wish they can take back their failed music careers:

1. Genevieve Nnaji

In 2005, actress Genevieve Nnaji decided to release a song, “No More.” Nigerians were not pleased by her efforts. The famous actress went underground afterwards amid the backlash.

2. Tonto Dikeh

Tonto Dikeh’s cross from Nollywood into music was also not successful. Her singles “Get High” and “It’s over” were not received well by a majority of Nigerians.

3. Ebube Nwagbo
This actress decided to go the route of the Igbo gospel genre. Her music career simply faded into obscurity after one album.

4. Omotola Jalade Ekeinde

Omo Sexy also tried her hand at music back in 2005. “Gba” and “Missing You” were some of her singles. We were happy to see her return to our screens as an actress, not a musician.

5. Anita Joseph
Another actress who ventured into the music industry but decided to stick to her first job, acting.

6. Shan George

Shan George released one album years ago. Although many Nigerians couldn’t understand the lyrics as the songs were in her local dialect. Nigerians haven’t heard anything music-wise from this screen goddess for some time now.

7. Patience Ozokwor
Mama G also tried her hand at music. She went as far as releasing a video for her single,”Adaeze” back in 2012. After that, nothing music-wise. Patience Ozokwor has since gone to back to strictly acting.

Crime / Two Kakamega Men Agree To Swap Wives But Deal Goes Sour (VIDEO) by walebabs3: 12:22pm On Jun 23, 2016
There’s an unusual happening in Shikoti village, Kakamega that has left villagers shocked.
Two men signed an agreement at the village elder’s place to swap their wives over infidelity claims. Ernest Anjeche, a night guard, told the media that one Patrick Mangala, a boda boda rider, had been having an affair with his wife. They then reached an agreement to swap wives.
This was back in April this year.

Two weeks after the agreement was signed, Anjeche’s wife left Mangala and went back to her parent’s home. This left the arrangement unbalanced since one side was complete while the other wasn’t.

Mangala now wants his original wife back. He has even threatened Anjeche with death if he fails to hand her over. In one threatening note, Mangala wrote, “Uko na wangu na mimi sina wako. Utarudisha wangu upende usipende.”
Anjeche has reported the matter to the police but in the meantime, Mangala’s original wife has refused to leave Anjeche.
