You don't know how to create a MySQL database?

First, check the FAQ page of your hosting provider for their MySQL connection configuration.
Open your website via FTP and change the settings in Connections/forum.php to the one from your host (check line 9)
Your site should work.
Login to your cpanel
Under PHP settings, turn off Display Errors.

The response given by lovebondz is actually good. However, since you're new to database issues... i advice you focus on PDO or MySQLi as mysql is no longer in use and might not be supported in future.

We had some pick ups last week Wednesday before the new year. Another set of pick ups is planned for tomorrow Tuesday. Owners will be contacted. Next pick up after that is next week.

We paid N259,000 to different Nairalanders as refunds in December. All outstanding refunds will be paid this week and next week starting with N38,000 payment today to Anya and Nayon.

All items shipped last year-both delayed and those just shipped in December through air cargo are either already in the hands of their owners or will be in their hands this week or next week. We have just one shipper with issues now. Any item not delivered by next week-we will conclude with the owners by next week.

I have contacted or will be contacting all 8 sea shipping customers tomorrow.

Our travails are being put behind us God willing this month and we expect our new consignments of laptops to arrive and be ready for sale in about 2 weeks.

From a friend's experience, post office is inefficient, though it might be cheaper. With DHL, it costs NGN15,000 to send documents to Michigan state university in the U.S. It takes 3 days to get there at most! Vancouver is more far compared to Michigan. It might be the same price or even more. Don't know anything about FedEx though...
Why not tell your school to help you send the docs via your school's email address? UBC would definitely accept that.

If you did download the graduate application form, instructions on how to contact your program coordinator is detailed in there.


UBC UG:
If your applying for MCF, after your school has submitted the nomination package, you are to fill the online application, once completed, just save it... then write to them via the email, indicating that you have filled and completed the online application, note to add your name, ID and other details when writing the email... when you might have done so, they will submit the application for you on their own.
