The initial divergence has already played out, which occured at the formation of the W and a double top and bounced back to the target 1.
But for a more reliable divergence, once price touches the TL for a 3rd time with a higher high and RSI a 3rd time with a lower high, then it's a higher probability setup that could give a first target of point 2.
But note that that divergences are based on the TF it occurs. A 15m divergence, can last for.maybe less than an hour or give 30pips target, a 1H can last maybe till the next 4H candle or the next S/R on that TF etc.

I see it bullish bro. See how that line price is at has acted as S/R several times. On your daily chart, where price closed is exactly the objective for the broken Tennant. Price is exactly at the 38% HTF retracement. Divergence on M15. Break out and retest of the beast pattern. M formation completion.
Gives me a long bias to risk small 30/40pips for 200/300 pips target. I could be wrong but looks pretty convincing with all the bullish signals. A great week to us.
