I want to create a web app in which user will register and login and after that they are gonna fill a form and it is going to print the form after been filled.

I create a database name marcophp on my phpmyadmin.
Inside the marcophp database I have 2 table in which one table handle the register and login and the other Hande the form.
My problem is that when user that have fill the form logout and login again I don't want them to be filling the form again how can I achieve this.??
I want to do it any a way that when the user that have fill the the form login again it should display you have already filled this form. Guru in the house thanks in advance. I'm done with the user interface

You can further use snov.io chrome extension to scrap the email of the decision maker of the website.

You can also search "[company name] [location] owner LinkedIn" on Google to get the LinkedIn profile of the CEO/owner. Then use ContactOut, Salesql or other LinkedIn email scrapper to get the owner's email on the LinkedIn profile page.

Because Messaging all.this suport@, info@ and sale@ is just like you are wasting your precious time. The CEO is the one to decide whether to buy a domain or not. While I was in a bus today. I put my airpod on. We got to a road leading to a army barrack. Suddenly the driver stopped, I even thought the bus was faulty. Not knowing a soilder was checking inside our bus. The soilder was talking to me to remove my airpod I coundnt hear and notice him and the people near me didnt alert me either.
Suddenly, the soilder came to side I was sitting down near the window. He tap me from the window. I removed the airpod in my ear. He told me told me to come out, I asked him what happened? He shouted at me to come out. On coming he gave me a slap angrily. I protested what did I do to him to slap me. He gave me another slap again. I kept mute because, I don't want to show my madness because he is a soilder. He narrated everything that happen shouting and abusing me. I couldn't fight back. All I just said was sorry.
