If it is even, then you are automatically stream 2

Where do you get this from? Because with my little knowledge stream 1 is regular for those states that doesn't have security issues

Stream 2 will be for those that have issues in their states and they were adviced to go to near by state and camp for 3 weeks so they must wait for that state to finish before resuming

Stream 2 is also for those state that have more people than the space available to occupy them in a scenario like Lagos, Abuja , kaduna, Kano, etc can accommodate just 2500 people inside their camp but 4000 people are posted to serve there so don't be panic about stream 1 or stream 2
