No you can’t because if you do that you will forfeit your the visa fee paid and you will need to go and pay for another visa fee

The DS-160 location I filled late last year was for the Abuja location but I was able to secure a date in May at the Lagos Embassy. My question is do I need to update or fill a new DS-160 form. Also there's an update regarding my current job, should this be reflected too ?

You wil need to fill a new one then put your additional details and submit if you have submitted the one showing abuja before.

After that you go back to your CGI portal and update the new ds160 confirmation to reflect back on your appointment confirmation print out

I chose Lagos in my ds-160 and my interview is in Abuja. Hope this is not an issue or I should cancel Abuja and choose Lagos

Don’t cancel just fill a new ds160 and pick the location for the visa interview.

But if you haven’t submit ds160, you can edit location before submitting it.

Hi guys, after payment on GTBank Mobile App for visa appointment online and a receipt is generated, what is the receipt number to be used for finalising interview booking, is it the entire reference number, some of it or some other number, kindly help, thanks.

Reference number is what you need to use and you will see at the bottom of the file sent to your email when open it since you used mobile app.

Just wait till they open new dates for or by April contact embassy and ask for emergency date.

Both ds160 form filled and place of interview appointment must be in one location. Although they might have modified it now to be in different location but dunno

But if you haven’t submit your ds160 you can change location before submitting it.

GRE is for master’s degree while SAT is for bachelor’s degree.

TOEFL is for bother master’s degree and bachelor’s degree.

Well that receipt you got in your email is different from receipt that is on Internet banking and the one they hand over to applicant who paid from the banking hall as well because these two are similar and the one sent to email differ, reference same, the two similar won’t show third parties paying for you but the one send to you email shows that.

Now in a situation CGI asked for the one bank usually give, what would be the person fate that early morning? It is well.

Also they just started sending to email last quarter of year 2020 and sometimes the email own delayed or doesn’t but come at all.

Please I need information concerning GRE as I heard it increases one's chances in getting funding for PhD. Recently I was denied admission from two Universities maybe because of no GRE score, even though they waived GRE for fall admissions. Please I would like to know how I can register for the exam and how long I will need to prepare before I can sit for it. Also is it CBT or PBT?

GRE helps in getting funding, it’s CBT but one center in Warri or delta has PBT but it's once a year stuff for PBT.

Preparation depend on your reading assimilation.

You can pay any one you want first but remember sevis fee must be paid before going for visa interview because the receipt is needed during visa interview. You can feel free to contact me for Sevis fee payment.

Also I advise you don’t pay your visa fee via mobile app if you don’t have Internet banking on your GTBank because of the visa fee receipt that you will need to print.

If you pay via GTBank app you won’t see the receipt unless you go and login via your internet banking and download the receipt.

Good evening guys, please I’ll like to ask if it is possible to change course of study in the same school when you get to USA after receiving your study visa?

Yes it possible and there are procedures in doing such and also you must get admission in that other school before you get to USA so as to make the transfer easy.

Remember the school you got visa with won’t like it and they will want to stress you and even cancel your sevis so as to have negative effect like you been out of status.
