I thought someone has dealt with him succesfully in the forum, and I talked to him on phone. He didnt sound so cheap to me. Anyway I bear my loss.

I paid #8,000 and it was agreed I would pay extra 3k after delivering cos I live in the East. The Ripper didnt pick my calls since then. He is a very cheap one.

I have heard certain people talking about accessing the internet by means of converting their satellite dishes (Dstv MyTv HiTv) decoders into a Modem.

Please does anyone know tricks and Equipment needed to turn your Sat decoders to an internet Modem.

BTW, let me just point out that Pentium Ms are out of vogue. With 90k, you should be able to get at least a Dual Core with decent specs. I doubt you'd even see a brand new PM but anything is possible in Nigeria.
