Good day everyone, please I need some clarifications. I submitted my express entry application, and got an immediate response that I am not qualified for it. I also saw on my portal that my point is zero and the filled forms all indicated "Transmitted". Is this an auto generated response that will later change to reflect that I am eligible to be in the pool or I made some mistakes while filling my form? What am I expected to do in tackling this? Yes, to earn more points, you should evaluate both your BCS in IT certificate and your BSc degree. This will be considered as having two or more degrees, which would give higher points compared to evaluating just your BSc degree.

To your second question, I don't know about the role Monitoring and Evaluation, but NOC 21231 is the most appropriate for cloud engineering.
