lol its a nice device actually i woulnt lie (cos dont let me be an hipocrite) even the phone engineer was so tripping for it. you need to see the GOLD color like damn! errone at school literally thinks i own an iphone x lol. from the design to the work rate (still talking about the gold color tho* cos it got stolen like 5months after i bought it, maybe the person thought it was an iphone or something cos i want the only one charging that day other phones like iphone 7+ and 6+ where there that day).


the phone rarely hangs lemme just say i doesnt hang at all, it runs smoothly, the battery life for me as a heavy user is okay for that kinda price and i got a 15k mah power bank so i'm covered lol.

really wanna feel the A3X so bad,= that iwent to check the review on youtube and well it was just the exact spec of phone i'm looking for (i love the a5 also but i love the a3x more) so that why i just wanna sell this one, ive actaully got people who it still using the gold color tho* after they saw mine and decided to get one for themselves also! but we move sha, i just wish and hope UMIDIGI as a brand can bring their office down to nigeria just like leagoo did wante to go for the leagoo before but i changed my mind to go for the umidigi i really dont like using common phones.. damn ive written an epistle lol.... my location is sango ota, ogun state

Ever since I bought this piece of crap, it's from one problem to the Oda, First it was charging issues, then to battery. And then now the phone keeps restarting and glitching unnessarily. I made a factory reset still the problem persists, bought the phone since July last year 2019 and not for once the phone has given me any wireless update. What kinda device does that actually huh I have so many jobs at hand right now but I cant take them cos the phone is shit it keeps getting glitch and hanging unnessarily.... AND I KEEP LOOSING MONEY

It's funny when people rant the way u're doing. When all is good no one hears a word but once there's a problem we all bear our fangs like vampires. Did u tell us about Ur usage, where and how u manage Ur phone? Or even how people around you have handled Ur phone.
I would advise you use some decorum when u express urself on a public forum.
I'm sorry Ur phone is being problematic, yes it can be painful but stop throwing blames around, this can happen to anyone or any device, there's no perfect device out there, plain and simple. Just get what u can afford and suits Ur needs.

nope i went to change the charging port due to the fact that it was not charging anymore, and now it charges like at least 1% in about 5mins on power bank and when I'm browsing and charging it the battery still drains, when i use the normal charger, it so slow that at least 1% for like 10mins on normal nepa light or a generator!! This phone is just 6months old

I would suggest you run your device in safe mode for a few hours, if it does not restart....... The culprit are/is 3rd party apps........

First update Ur Google services to the latest version, then run a battery calibration by discharging Ur phone to 0% then charging to 100% while phone is off (do not switch on phone during this period). Then finally if u have updates pending pls update.

giys my umidigi a3 pro the battery drops and drains so fast and now as I'm typing i just pray it doesnt restarts again by its self cos its been up to 15times under about 10mins of usage it has restarted i don't get this someone pls.help I'm tired I'm having charging issues with it also whats really happening?
