I maintain my opinion (made during our last game- 1-1 against China)...

This is the WORST Falconets team we have ever had in Nigeria. They can't put three passes together, no ball sense, no positioning, no interchange of play, can't dribble well, and can't shoot either.

There is a limit to the extent which a very good goalkeeper, sheer luck and prayers can take a team at this level in football (or sports generally).

Their coach is a slowpoke too. He has no strategy whatsoever; no tactics. Nothing! He's just been shouting like a goat on heat since the competition started.

These are not our regular Falconets- these clowns are nowhere near the sides that qualified for the final game in 2010 and 2014.

The only player worth the shirt is the goal keeper. The talent of Rashidat Ajibade, the top player, is wasted because she is surrounded by incompetent clowns throughout the pitch.

Qualifying for the semi-final will likely be a miracle!

Legendary musician, Ras Kimono is dead.
He passed away Sunday morning in Lagos.
Ras Kimono was known for the hit singles ‘Under pressure’ and ‘We no want’.
Metro News reports that he was schedule to travel to the United States Saturday night, but complained of not feeling too well.
He was rushed to a hospital in Ikeja, Lagos, then later taken to Lagoon Hospital in the Island.
Music veterans, Tony Okoroji and Sir Shina Peters have confirmed the incident.

18-year-old Israel Ogunsola pictured above was stabbed to death at a railway bridge on Link Street in Hackney, United Kingdom yesterday night April 4th.



Police officers who saw him after the attack said they tried to revive him with first aid but sadly, he lost the battle to survive and died at the scene of the incident.

“The policewoman’s arms were literally covered in blood, you could see she had been trying to fight for this man’s life. People were just coming all night, just crying and breaking down in tears.” an eyewitness said

Reacting to the unfortunate incident, the devastated father of the deceased, 55-year-old Dele Ogunsola, said Israel, a computer programming undergrduate, was cycling to meet his friends when he was stabbed by unknown persons.
